Default German court rules: observing is O.K.

The court of appeal in Münster has ruled it is O.K. that the CULT is being observed by the "Bundes Verfassungs Schutz":
<snip> there were "numerous indications" that the
Scientology organization promoted
a form of society
"in which central constitutional values such as the
dignity of mankind and the right to equal treatment would be suspended
or restricted."

"In particular, there is the suspicion that in a scientological
society only Scientologists would enjoy civil rights." <snip>

Good news!

That suspicion is correct.

It's one of the things that makes Scientology a dangerous totalitarian cult.

They should be watched in the US, too.

Not because they might succeed in their megalomania, but, because of the harm they cause and the crimes they commit in the attempt.

that would be wonderful if the watched it in the US.

They would be treated respectfully, given full meal breaks, be allowed to sleep.

Wow. It would be a religion. Or, not really, cant go THAT far. It would be some sort of organization....
