German court rules: observing is O.K.

The court of appeal in Münster has ruled it is O.K. that the CULT is being observed by the "Bundes Verfassungs Schutz":

Good news!

That suspicion is correct.

It's one of the things that makes Scientology a dangerous totalitarian cult.

They should be watched in the US, too.

Not because they might succeed in their megalomania, but, because of the harm they cause and the crimes they commit in the attempt.
