Investigators saw sewage fungus - described as 'a grey, slimy bacterial and fungal growth associated with sewage' covering the stream bed.
The stream bed had been covered for over 200 metres with sewage fungus and sediment associated with sewage.
The Environment agency said in a statement: 'Dead invertebrates were found for over 350 metres downstream of the discharge. '
Further inspections and sampling found that the treatment plant continued to pollute.

They not only READ it, they can:

-- define all the words without com lag!

-- give you real life examples of it (absence mass)!

-- do a perfect clay demo of it for you!!!

-- write OT Phenomena success stories about it for Advance! magazine!

It's like exteriorization. They're the world's leading experts on it. They can tell you anything you want to know about it.

    They just can't DO it. . .

This seems to be an old problem at Saint Hill. Vivien talks about it starting at 4:40. MEST work, EPF? Sure, how bad can it be?

The Church of Scientology will have to pay almost £400k for a new sewage system
The current system in place at their UK headquarters in East Grinstead isn't big enough

The Church of Scientology Religious Education College – a subsidiary of the religious organisation – was fined £14,000 and ordered to pay costs of £2,566 for the pollution following a court hearing in April 2018.
The church pleaded guilty to one offence and asked for ten others to be taken into consideration at Worthing Magistrates' Court.
Dave Willis, Environment Agency manager for the area, said at the time: "We are pleased the court decided to impose a significant financial penalty on the organisation.
“The incident had a serious and avoidable impact on a local watercourse, caused by failing to ensure that the new treatment plant operated correctly.
"We take these types of incidents very seriously and will do everything within our powers to safeguard the environment and people affected, and that includes bringing those who harm the environment to account for their actions."

Scientologists’ sewage is ten times the limit
    July 30 2018, 12:01am, The Times
The Church of Scientology has been told to pay nearly £400,000 for a new sewerage system at its West Sussex headquarters.
In April the organisation, whose members include Tom Cruise and John Travolta, was fined £14,000 by Worthing magistrates for repeatedly polluting a tributary of the River Medway with sewage from toilets at the 60-acre Saint Hill Manor in East Grinstead, which was bought in 1959 by L Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology. The church had admitted breaching environmental regulations.
The Environment Agency said that a new system installed in August 2015 would need to be replaced as the waste water being pumped out was ten times the permitted limit
