In case anyone is wondering where Scientology's outlook, which resulted in its history of sexual abuse of children, originated.

Children are regarded, not as children, but as ancient "thetans" with "meat bodies."

There's a reference that I read...prolly from the Green Vols...that talked about no kids in the org because having just gone through the implant stations they are psycho. Their Havingness is's why they play with miniature cars, etc.

    Not Hubbard, YOU!
This has nothing to do with sexual abuse, it has to do with spirits blanketing and stealing bodies, and how to find the incidents!

Oh. That's alright then ... because that sounds so sane and not at all creepy and weird or like an excuse to test the waters (regarding the sexual abuse of children) with his audience, which is probably what the repulsive old scrote was doing!

He's talking about psychic invasion. Another "OT" power he fantasized about having greater control of.
When he talks about things like this they aren't real, they come from his twisted imagination. This is akin to his affirmations.

Not completely. It's an indirect justification.

How should an "operating thetan" regard a "meat body" on this "mud planet" full of "homo saps" ?

During the same lecture series Hubbard talked about inducing abortions telekinetically. The telekinetic part wasn't real, but the idea of inducing abortions was very real. Hubbard was a do-it-yourself abortionist from way back.

Also from the 'Philadelphia Doctorate Course' lectures (late 1952):

Lecture 27: "The body - He [the thetan] has never used it. He's taken care of it."

Lecture 33: "There isn't any reason it [the thetan] shouldn't [have its meat body] drink all the liquor it can hold... be perfectly free to use the body in any way he chooses."

The amphetamine enhanced and very talkative Hubbard is giving hints throughout this period.

    Hubbard's Excalibur

In a 1949 letter to Ackerman, Hubbard discusses his work "DARK SWORD -cause and cure of nervous tension – properly – THE SCIENCE OF MIND, really EXCALIBUR". Hubbard promises that the work will give the reader the power to "rape women without their knowing it, communicate suicide messages to your enemies as they sleep, sell the Arroyo Seco Parkway to the mayor for cash, evolve the best way of protecting or destroying communism, and other handy house hold hints.

Bill Cosby shoulda got a copy.

Oh yes, talking is very dangerous, it should not be allowed, not even academically. There are just too many victims out there who will try to make something of it.

There was nothing 'academic' about the cult and even less within hubbard's repetitive rantings (and er ... so on and so forth).

We were all sucked into a hoax and wanted to believe we were being academically trained and enlightened.

To Scientologists, under cult leader Hubbard's manipulative influence, siting under a four foot by five foot, gold framed, photo of Hubbard, and listening through headphones, while a supervisor watches for misunderstood word phenomena, or other signs of non duplication or non agreement, Hubbard's sick message can indeed be dangerous.

How many children have been sexually abused by Scientologists - who might have had certain inclinations but had withheld them - after those Scientologists have felt emboldened by Hubbard's mocking of child sex abuse as no big deal?

    We'll probably never know.

If any of you were auditors, you would know that every being is presumed to have done everything in one lifetime or another. Any sense of humor on the part of Hubbard in this video clip relates to that.

Y'all might want to heed the advice of Winston Churchill -- better to remain silent and be thought stupid than to speak up and remove all doubt.

Presumption and reality are two different things, except maybe to someone presuming to be a scientology auditor.

Catty, I believe that advice was actually handed out by either Mark Twain or Abraham Lincoln (and if you found any of those revolting video clips even slightly funny perhaps you should consider taking it yourself).

Ha! Yeah there's a lot of "removing of doubt" on this message board. Lol... Tons of it in fact.

Well here's another attempt at continuing the "Scientologists believe in pedophilia" meme started by Tony Ortega. He based it on an obscure line toward the end of Dianetics in which he took way out of context and then hyperbolized. And Leah Remini and Mike Rinder both embraced this even though they damn well knew it wasn't true in reality. Especially Mike Rinder.

Now a man who was briefly in Scientology about 40 years ago starts this thread making it sound like, "O'l Hubtard was down with diddling little boys". And it is bullshit. Not only bullshit but horseshit. Not one accusation of "sex with little boys" was ever levied at Hubtard. Do I think ol' Ron was a creep and a bad character? Yes. There's plenty of real evidence to show he was a creep and a baddie in many ways, but there's no evidence of him ever sexually abusing any boy, or creating an environment in which it was encouraged. No accusations either. After all these years you'd think there'd be at least one.

So the stupid, per Winston Churchill's great quote, take passages out of books and lectures, twist them around out of context in order to prove Hubbard was a creep. Well, yes he was a creep. There's no need to manufacture allegations to prove this. In the long run false accusations cause more harm than good. It takes credibility away from critics and exes who try to point out PROVABLE violations against humanity.

Scientology as a whole probably has far less genuine cases of pedophilia than many christian churches. And far, far less than Islam.

  18. F.Bullbait

    F.Bullbait Oh, a wise guy,eh?

What is being proposed in these lecture snips is that if you are offended by (have charge on) the idea of having sex with little boys then you had sex with little boys down the track.

This is Hubbard’s insidious Overt-Withhold mechanism (DED is the early version of this).

The idea of LRH fucking children pales in comparsion to his fucking your mind with his O/W philosophy.

Read more carefully. I never accused Hubbard of "diddling little boys."

It's more likely that Hubbard was the little boy who was "diddled."

Here's the young L. Ron with his pal Commander "Snake" Thompson

It certainly was on his mind during the early 1950s, and also thirty years later when he wrote:

    Oh, a soldier's life is the life for me;
    Tuma-a -diddle; tuma-a-diddle, paw-pata
In camp and plain, I'm always free
    To tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-paw~
No women ever spoil my view
    With tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-pam
    They're always wanting something new
    Not tuma-diddle; tuma-diddle, paw-pam
For it is the men that I enjoy
    To tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-pav.~
The best there is I find is boy!
    Oh, tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle; paw-pam
The enemy I do not mind
    If tuma-diddle, tuma-diddl4 paw-paw
Can go on in my behind
    With tuma-diddle; tuma-diddle, paw-pa~
And if my bunkmates all are kind
    With tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-pam
    Surrounded by ten thousand (bleeps)
    That tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-pa~
All passionate and hard as rocks
    To tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-pazt~
Eager to slide in my buttocks
    And tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle, paw-paw!
So (bleep), (bleep), (bleep) and (bleep) in me!
    Tuma-diddle, tuma-diddl4 paw-pam
And let me (bleep) and (bleep) in thee
    With tuma-diddle, tuma-diddk, paw-pam
    Oh, what a love-ul-lee Arm-ee!
    With its tuma-diddle, tuma-diddle;
    OH! BOY!

Yes that is the real creepiness, and danger, of Hubtard. The mind fucking with his O/W philosophy and also the weird "whole track" believe system, which of course goes hand-in-hand with the O/W nonsense.
