I remember the gym coach putting the black and white TV on for us to see the World Series. The Yankees always played somebody. Mickey and Roger Maris seemed to be among the gods.

based on who I am to this thread, I'd choose Tony LaRussa. This man is a god to me. He is happily married, raises his kids much like we do (ballet lessons, good schools, etc), is a vegetarian, and does lots of things in the community where I used to live., does lots of things in the greater Bay Area, and is a PRO's PRO in managing a baseball team. He never threw Mark McGwyre under the bus. He lied and protected a teammate (McGwyre) on the steroids issue. He is a mensch and a team player.

This song, while the words don't literally represent me, the attitude is me all over. It is that Parrothead 'tude that mimics my personal beingness. Taking into account that Jimmy Buffett tours yearly, makes tens of millions a year from his recordings, concerts, and restaurants,---- part of the facade I put up, that now is all that matters. It's not, organization and delivery are higher priorities, but that isn't what I market with. Production depends upon sales. My facade is fun,, family, tech. My intent is to preserve GOOD tech, promote tech and (non conservative) family values, and to entertain. Not necessarily in that order.

BLOEMFONTEIN, South Africa – Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer admitted he “fooled” referee Jorge Larrionda into making the most controversial decision of the World Cup.

Neuer carried on playing even when Frank Lampard’s 38th-minute lob bounced over the line and appeared to give England a clear goal at Free State Stadium. The 24-year-old grabbed the ball and swiftly kicked it upfield as England’s disbelieving players rounded upon Larrionda and begged him to reconsider his decision.

The German team was equally as stunned as England by its slice of good fortune. Head coach Joachim Loew was spotted nudging his assistant and smiling at their luck, while England boss Fabio Capello fumed nearby.

Neuer insisted, though, that the Lampard no-goal made no difference to the eventual outcome Sunday, 4-1, claiming Germany would have won the match in any case.

“It was one incident and yes, it was important,” Neuer said. “But I believe we were the stronger team and deserved to win the game even without this.

“If you look at the way the match played out then I think our team would have scored the goals we needed just like we did. When you have good luck in football it is important to capitalize on that luck, and we did.”

The thing to know about Basic Chronic Moods is that one continues to encounter them in all new areas of case (also in all new cases or newbies)

Note this point in Alan's write up. I am routinely colliding with them as I move up into new areas of case. There are tech reasons for this that I'll not delve into in this post, but I do point this out to convey the truth and reality that, until one is totally free from all case one will likely continue to collide with basic chronic moods personally, and in clients/PCs until they are all the way out.

and CONFUSION HANDLING​

When entering a new case or a new area of case, the first thing the client will run into is a fixed mood level, blackness, stupidity or confusion in that area. Often, these may manifest similar to a mass but they usually do not fully resolve with mass handling as they are not masses.

To handle, all areas are to be run on the following process:

1. “Connected to (area), what mood level did you go into?”
Get the mood.
2. “When was that?”
3. “What is its duration?”
4. “What is its weight?”
5. “What is its temperature?”
6a. “Did it occupy any space?”
b. “What space?”
c. “Any other space?” Repeat to get all spaces.
7a. “Is there a blackness?”
If yes, ask:
b. “Describe it.”
c. “Is there any other color?”
If no, ask:
d. “What is its color?”
8a. “Is there a stupidity?”
b. “Describe it.”
9a. “Is there a confusion?”
b. “Describe it.”
10a. “Is there an unconsciousness?”
b. “Describe it.”
11a. “Is there a loss?”
b. “Describe it.”
12a. “Is there a tiredness?”
b. “Describe it.”
13a. “What part of the (mood) are you unwilling to experience?”
b. “Describe it exactly.”
c. “Experience it.”
d. “Is there any other part of ((mood) you are unwilling to experience?” If yes, b. & c.
14a. “Connected to that area and that mood, what are you willing to be responsible for?”

Repeat a & b over and over to cause indicators.
Then repeat 1 to 13 over on the area until all fixed moods, blackness, stupidities and confusions are handled and the being can fully occupy the area and space and act in a high mood level.
The first areas this process needs be run on are:

Ethics Action Utilization of Power Effectiveness
Size of Games Confidence Level Self Accomplishment

can you flesh out the entitlements a little

For instance:

We are helping the youngest son and daughter in law (with 3 yr old twin boys) find and then purchase a house.

The son had a penthouse condo, which "had" to be sold because it didn't match her view of herself. Then that money got wasted (my opinion) on a big wedding and bringing all her relatives to that wedding. Then they bought a condo in the city that she grew up in. It had so many structural problems and termites, that they sold it and managed to lose all the rest of their money.


Now we (wife and I) want to see them get a dump of a house in a nice neighborhood with good schools, fix it up, and live in it for a good long time. The daughter in law would rather live in "her" city next to a busy busy thoroughfare backed up to a barrio apartment building.

We're not going to win this battle, but we're not going to fund it either.

What do you ask regarding "entitlements"?

I made it quite clear to my eldest that being an adult means that you are responsible for making your own way in the world. This has worked out well and she's mostly tried to adhere to this.

I get a really bad feeling about your son's wife. Does she earn significantly less than your son?

I can't tell you how many times I have related the stories of terrible experiences which have happened to me mainly at the Apollo and to a lesser extent at CCLA. Telling my stories both in and out of session have not blown the charge associated with the events.

Itsa is one kind of processing. Lists of questions to ask and get answered are still itsa. There are lots of processes that *aren't* itsa. L&N is one in the Scn realm, and so are various dichotomy-adressing procedures like on the Clearing Course or OT2. I'm not saying they're good or bad, just giving examples. Robert D's R3X isn't really itsa either.

EFT isn't itsa. Barbara Brennan's energy manipulation work isn't itsa. A Touch for Health (applied kinesiology) balancing while one's attention is on the topic isn't itsa. My Rub & Yawn stuff isn't itsa. There must be dozens of other therapies that aren't itsa. I don't personally like EFT, but I have personal experience of TFH and of course R&Y and they seem to be generally effective, and I am pretty sure about Brennan's work.

There is much more available for fixing things in the mental/spiritual realms than itsa!

Thanks for the comments on Itsa which I found very helpful and for all the references to non itsa type of processing from various sources.

I saw Purple Haze today, an old time Class VIII who audited at CCLA in its early days. Don Keeler was her C/S when she audited Celebrities at CCLA. Don took over from Ellen Jones the fist C.S. there. Purple Haze is still in touch with Keeler and his wife and Purple has nothing but good things to say about him. His is working in L.A. as a librariarn. Carmelo also has nothing but good things to say about him. I talked about the incident at length to Purple and no charge turned on. The charge has all been dissipated after being there for over 38 years!

I think Roger's process handled the charge for me. There was no itsa involved. I merely examined what might have happened had I called a B of I at CCLA and also a B of I at Flag on LRH after LRH falsely called me an embezzler and a liar. I worked out constructs for both situations which I described earlier today on this thread. The LRH one had the biggest "read" (just an imaginary read based on my gut feelings). I demand a B of I on LRH, 48 hours later I am a declared SP on a plane back to L.A.. After a weekend of rest I drive in to see the Intercontinental Justice Chief and work out of Confusion, Treason, et al. and pay my debt off and go back on study at ASHO. I write and post success stories on my rehabilitation and my story gets out amongst L.A. Scientologists. I become known and "THE MAN WHO STOOD UP TO LRH" A local Qual Sec or some such tries to bully me and cow me. I look him in the eye and say, "I am the man who stood up to LRH", get lost you little fucker. I went toe to toe with LRH and still survived so don't mess with. Go pick on someone else or I am really going to fuck you up so quit now while you are ahead. The Qual Sec slinks away with his tail between his legs.

As I was thinking about having the nickname, THE MAN WHO STOOD UP TO LRH, the charge started to blow. It dissipated slowly but in a steady flow which lasted maybe 2 hours. Its gone now after 39 years. As you say, Paul, itsa did not handle it but this form of finding a correct item and mocking up what might have happened had the right item been applied when the incident occurred 39 years ago did work.

I am not real happy and bubbly about it. There is some lowered havingness not carrying this charge around anymore. If I were getting formal sessions now, I would probably be running my havingness process.

I said to Purple Haze, "Okay, I accept that Keeler is a good guy now and always has been, I no longer have any charge on him but I still feel he made a mistake and harmed me in a major way by forcing me out of my true goal of tech and into an compromised goal of being in Treasury." Then I just now realized while writing this that if I follow this scenario to its conclusion, I don't ever end up going into Treasury. I end up being an auditor probably for ASHO. I do not end up auditing for CCLA and that is fitting and proper. CCLA no longer deserved the benifit of my services after failing to protect me when I was working for them. ASHO accepted me back and made it possible for me to be rehabilitated so they deserve my services more than CCLA. Everything works out as it should in this new fictiional world of what would have happened had I called a B of I on LRH while at the Apollo. All this imaginary altering of what actually happened occured in my mind with nary a word being uttered out loud. End of Process, End of Session, after 38 years my needle is finally floating.

I think families are great fun, but would I want my children to marry into a homophobic anti abortion god fearing family? Not on your life.

I think, especially in California, gays can live normal lives without having to hide their sexuality. I am all for that -- equality. It makes no difference to me - someone's sexuality.

As for abortions, I don't think the world needs more unwanted babies. I see no reason to criminalize what, to me, is a woman's free will and choice.

It's an interesting question. Those women who do seem to only be able to get what they want through others, and seem to be at effect to that extent.

For most of my adult life, I earned more than the men I was dating. When my husband and I first met, I made more than he; we've flip-flopped a few times and he currently makes more than I. Because of that history, I'm used to having to make my own way, or at least my own part of the way.

On the grade 6 solo course (circa late 60s early early 70s) there was a black and white movie where Ron talks about a last life in Rhodesia looking out over a valley and seeing these blocks of masses. When I saw / heard that, I said "Hallelujah" to myself. That's what I'm sitting in. Within a week this mass fog whatever was gone.

So when we / you / me talk about mass are we talking about GPMs or are we talking about ridges or maybe either?

Though it is equally true that any number of successful case action processes will dissolve and erase mass . . . this as you experienced and note above.

I remember that movie where Hubbard talked about those black masses "stretching out to the horizon" or words to that effect. I could never quite get my wits around that extension for miles around, although I could accept it theoretically. I mean, what happens when one turns (the body) around to face the other way: do these vastly-extended black masses swing around too? Do they stay where they are? Think about it a bit!

I can see how various imperfections in one's local energy field, one's aura, composed of energy-consciousness from both oneself and others, both harmonious and disharmonious, can be perceived as ridges or masses. A knotty "problem," in structure a glob of frozen energy-consciousness in a particular location in this field (although it could move around a bit), can be described as having location in relation to the body, a particular size and shape and so forth. What is being described is the glob of energy-consciousness, not some abstract idea containing thought only. Since it does contain energy-consciousness, the stuff of life, if including another's energy-consciousness too it could also be called a BT or cluster or something in a less-enlightened terminology. As far as I know, this personal energy field is localized, the finest levels extending out a few feet from the body (see image, although that idealized one is in very good shape and I don't mean the body).

In sessions I have felt what seemed to be "masses" dissipating at some distance from the body, however, so it isn't necessarily a false idea that it happens. I would just like to have a better understanding of it.

My area of concern comes from her insistence that your son sell his penthouse condo, which being pre-marriage property would be exclusively in your son's name. A home purchased post-marriage would be in both their names, and in the event of divorce in most states she would get it.

Over the years I've had too many friends get raped in court when the wife decides the marriage does not match her princess fantasy, and decides to try her luck at a second go-around while she's still cute enough to snag another guy.

The big danger sign is if she appears to have an inflated sense of entitlement and shows signs of being a narcissistic personality.

Having equality between the partners, or at least mutual respect for each other's capacities and powers in the relationship, is the way to go.

That's why I often joke that my sweet Virginia is "too strong a willed and independent to marry me." It has made for a wonderful relationship in which there is honor and respect for each of our parts in it . . . and no dependence.
