I'm having trouble watching the videos on my computer....it plays for a while and then shuts down on me, but I did manage to get through the Aussie's videos. I wonder if my computer is PTS.

Carmel, I thought you did a wonderful job. It's tough sometimes not to be perfect in front of an audience, but it happens to the best of speakers and performers and not something to worry about here.

I think you all seemed very sincere and I commend all of you for the courage of carrying this thing off like you did. You all have made a huge difference in the lives of others. Rather than criticize yourself for any little glitches in the presentation, just pat yourself on the back for all you've done in bringing all this about to expose the CoS.....that's what's important....not a little oops here and there.

Anyway, bravo to all of you.

There were a couple of OT8 (Greg and Ruthie Bradley) sitting directly behind Virginia as far as I could see but I could be wrong (some torsos are recognisable, some are not!).
The guys will fill us in on who was there tonight.

I read that 30 OTs were there at the hearing. Presuambly they were ordered to be there. This must have been devastating and eye-opening for them at the same time. The CoS panel was taken to pieces slowly and they had no leg to stand on. Their answers were insincere and dishonest, and they spent most of the meeting stalling for time. Surely these OTs will realize that "wait, hang on, that's not how it is at all." When the woman said that she'd never heard of disconnection. That was magic. And a cold, hard, lie. There were many other examples.

I wonder how many of those OTs, if any, are on the verge of blowing because of it? Seeing what has been drummed into you ad nauseam ripped to shreds in seconds can't be good for you.

Oh, there is one thing that I thought was funny relating to my testimony. So there is like 45 minutes of it done in camera, right?. (By the way it was REALLY tight trying to fit in that camera with all those senators). Anyway, all that testimony was private and for the moment cannot legally be made public.

One hint that Slappy Miscavige has about what part of my testimony might have covered is the tiny bit actually recorded on the record about fair game and legal policies and something to do with organized scientology's testimony. (The part where we just started and they had not yet stopped the cameras and kicked eveyone out of the room so that my testimony could be private).

The other hint is that he knows the Committee has a copy of my book "The Miscavige Legal Statements: A Study in Perjury, Lies and Misdirection" and he knows that after they got that that they made a 45 minute slot for me to testify.

This leads me to wonder what Miscavige's reaction would be to the following question: "Has a withhold been missed?"

Just curious.

I'm not making any prediction about the proposed legislation but I am confident that the testimony of all concerned will in fact lead to some good in different parts of the world.

However I will make a prediction for how this will all turn out for Miscavige and the organized scientology he runs after their decades of crap and abuse and believing in the fact that the crap will find it's way back to those who started it:

Also after viewing the senate hearing over these last 2 days I would like to say I have a very good feeling about the inquiry. I think that one way or another SOMETHING is going to get done when this is over. I particularly noted the committee's great interest in the NZ and UK charities commission hearings, perhaps Australia may be looking at something like that in the future.

One way or another, CoS won't be coming out on top of this one, indeed already they have suffered a humiliating defeat in this inquiry (and bringing their top OT's down to watch it, priceless!!!).
