I had my friend Edey run a session on me to help train her.

Today, I ran a session on my friend Edey and also wanted to train her to run these type of sessions and got the bright idea of having her run a session on me. We decided to use the alternate questions which Roger gave me yesterday.

Edey wanted me to call an old girlfriend of mine and I was not in the mood to do it; she started insisting and it turned on some stuff on my case. I had butterfly's in the pit of my stomach, a tight strained feeling in my throat and the feeling of being stuck in the eye. I suggested she run the NOTS process on this. Everything was going smoothly as I run pretty fast and then I told her to use Roger's alternate commands relaitng to the Intention/Purpose being pursued and what was it doing as an automatic on going creation.

Edey gave me the command (or question if you prefer). I intended the questioin to the leader of a cluster and all hell broke lose. First, the entity did not know the answer and had to ponder it, so we waited and then I had her deliver the same command again. The answer was truly astounding. The answer given by the team leader of the cluster was that their bosses did not trust them to have the ability to give the command as needed on their own volition so they were dumbed down and the purpose they were to carry out was put on an automatic circuit and they as beings were being bypassed. The team leader got angry with his bosses and all the cluster members got angry as well and they started cussing out the bosses for betraying them. The team leader originated to me, "We were told that you were a liar and were no good but actually it was our bosses who lied to us and not you. You seem like an upfront person so we are changing sides. To hell with our bosses, we are allying with you!" I told her to ask me whether I wanted to keep these entities or blow them and she gave me the command but when I went to intend it to the cluster, the cluster was gone!! All the somatics had stopped and the cluster had blown. I would have chosen to keep them and rehabiltate them but I did not get the opportunity to make that choice. That completed the session on me by Edey. She did pretty good. I had to prompt her quite a bit to give the proper commands but she did a nice job and her acks were good as well.

I heard of the "Graf Spee" being scuttled in Uruguay in 1940. Are you sure it was the Sharnhorst. If so, two major German ships were scuttled there.

You know, Lakey, this kind of thing has been perplexing me for the last 3 or 4 days. I didn't usually have many issues with counter intention in my space....until a few months ago. Then all hell broke loose. I guess stepping into an area of an old GPM managed to ignite sleeping automaticities for me. Old games I'd stayed clear of so that I could have some peace of mind and progress on goals that I did not have past present or future resistence on. I did not see the banana peel. I went into the free solo processing index pages and looked at what was said about plugs and holders. I do not usually get too involved with Ron's Org stuff. But I went to see if there was a controlling intention being dramatized from the top. I was very CURIOUS. I got CURIOUSER and CURIOUSER. I snuck around quietly trying not to turn on somatics...which happened anyway. The sides of my skull. I do not understand this. I like to not stir up old failed battles where players have used bodies pieces in pawn to hold onto a being while having him projected or working on something under threat of duress. Its not a high tone operation, and most of those embroiled in these psychic tug o wars can seem not so stable. I WANT to be stable. But I'm finding a little of everything when resorting to a NOTs type of address to a problem. I have decided to not have any fixed notions as to what right answers will or can be. But going after INTENTIONS being dramatized is a real cluster buster. And also I too use the Aspectics too asking what purpose the anima has for me personally or what it is trying to achieve thru being in my space. I HAVE definitely had people absolutely want to destroy me. If there emotions were violent enough and their own cases suggestible to them, I have found quite a lot of entities transferred over to me doing their will regarding me. The funny thing is that the original being did not actually intend them directly. They just responded willy nilly to their vision of what damage should be caused me complete with the hosts ARC break and justification. I have had great laughs helping these being go free of the person they were connected to before transferring to me.
Like Roger said though, sometimes the charge belonging to the entity does not have everything to do with me. To even presume it is personal is an additive when I am trying to get in good comm. I am not a skilled auditor like many on this board. What I am adept at is easy telepathic communication with the life surrounding me. I have at the present it seems a triumvirate. Equally strong emotions and intentions. It was just me and then I started to not make such good decisions and wooops....there came in the counseling team.:D

Attention on problems on the 2d is quite common with people. Well, 2d also tends to have a LOT of drug related activity going on; e.g. beer, wine, cocktails, nicotine, reefers, cocaine, etc..

Of course caffeine & chocolate (threobromine, etc.) are vitamins of course, so they aren't the least bit problematic. :whistling:

The point being how routinely are drug factors addressed as case aspects when dealing with 2d related case upsets. The use of intoxicants further complicates already complex matters.

The whole "2D" thing issue is way overrated, the way I see it.
Most of it comes simply from portraying it so very "dirty" and unspeakable. Which is such a bullshit.
There is really no issue. It doesn't have to be complicated or "aberrated". It can very clean, simple and beautiful.

Oh my, I'm on a roll again where things keep being posted budda bing per reflections during my week.
The 2D stuff is very like a drug affect.
I was looking at a charge that I was viewing on someone and I noticed that in this mass was this justification by reason that the orgasms were so fantastic that it had to be right. It had to be survival. Pleasent sensations are supposed to be survival. Really G-R-E-A-T ones are even Ascension experiences. Out of your gourd, one with the universe almighty type stuff.
I was running something spacy where the person involved was laying eggs. However those eggs were harvested and the beings connected to them as sort of sacrificial offerings. Sad, like those baby calves which are born to a NO FUTURE. No goals, no play, no motion, given life in order to be denied it right off so that its energy can sustain another. While running it there seemed to be sort of service fac on this. No guilt. A generalized feeling that no regret need be allowed in. I had to bridle my own feelings on this as all I was really picking up were the spasms rocking the uterus. Powerfully induced orgasms. (reptilian) :D This is like a drug high ascension state. And yeah, it IS bypassed on the second dynamic. This whole generation is missing the fact that the direction of jobs and money and immigration and social security and health care is all wrapped around the human growth factor. :whistling: We do not care to modify or inspect the behavior where we bring others into this world with abandon without tending the soil so there will be bright futures.

I am in a weird position to respond to you. My actual training in NOTS by C of S is nil but I did have a lot of NOTS run on me at the AOLA in the 1980's and then at Flag in 1991 amd 1992. At Flag, I got some supposedly new LRH data on the subject which Mayo had supposedly suppressed and DM was able to find and put back into the rundown. My auditor read me several bulletins while I was on the meter. Sometimes I read it and sometimes the auditor read it. It was a pack 5 or 6 pages thick. I found it helpful and illuminating.

Here on ESMB, I never in a million years woule have considered runing it on others as recently as perhaps 6 weeks ago. When I remet Edey and she took me to the wellness center run by Ginger, Edey would roller coaster and I started giving her handlings. Ultimately this led me to running a couple of BT's off of her. She immediately told all her friends, who are all "psychics" plus all the people who hang out at the wellness center that I did exorcisms. As my good friend, she started promoting for me and right away 8 or 10 people wanted free demos. I was willing to give these demos - One reason that I was willing to do them was Carmelo's writings in which he not only delivered Power but many other advanced auditing techniques with no meter and often by phone. His writings about feeling naked after OT III were my first exposure in writing to the notion that not all entities should be run out.

Then we have Roger on the Board, who has all the theory about all the tech at his fingertips. We also have Leon and many others. I was reticent about what I was doing so I asked Purple Haze to come out and watch me give a session and she did. She is a bit of a renegade herself, leaving C of S back around 1973 but she was a Kha Khan and a Flag trained Class 8 and she thought my session was very well done and was valid tech.

All that said, I can't really give intelligent comments on some of the more advanced technical topics which you brought up in your post. Probably, Roger will comment on those. I can comment on the paragraph which I put in blue since I have recently run over a dozen sessions using NOTS in the past two weeks. I feel that your paragraph in blue rings 100% true and that you seem to be in control of the situation and are having fun with it. What could be better as far as that area goes?

You seemed to have been doing a wornderful job, enjoying the areas of life which you wanted to pursue and where no counter intention in your space existed. This is a beautiful thing to do and to me seems to be a beautiful way to create a meaningful life. Probably many of the most successful lives ever lived on Earth came from applying the principles you werer using. Probably Thomas Edison, Louis Pasteur, Madam Curie, Martin Luther King and so many others, found areas where there was no C.I. and these were areas where their actual true purposes lied as well. The results were fine lives and a moving forward of humanity.

Being an ex Scientologist and seeking expansiion of your knowledge and wisdom as we exes so often do, you missed seeing a banana peel and slipped on it. Welcome to the club!

As to where to go from here, IMHO you have already made the decisiion to handle your situation and get all your questions satisfactorily resolved. How do I know this? Because you are here on ESMB and in particular on this thread. Reaching to me and telling your story is a good move! Unfortunatley, the level of tech knowledge which one needs to respond to you and help you DIRECTLY to face down your problem is above my "pay grade" but that matters not because the help you seek is here on this thread and has been given to you freely in the recent past and more of that will be done so that this data along with your brilliance and great technical knowledge will fully handle your situation as you have already intended it to be handled.

Also, to assist you along the way, I, humble Lakey, will use my Lakey carrier wave to tell you that you are a very beautiful and powerful being who is seeking and finding truth. You are very poetic and aesthetic and you are annoyed occasionly by the mundane and trite actions of peopole whom you encounter. Your intention is to be free of counter intentiion and to express yourself aesthtically and creatively in the many areas of life which you find so fascinating. I have been watching you since you started posting here. You are not on the same wavelength as me, you are far more stylish, more avant garde and more complex while I am crude and rough around the edges (except for my love of clasical music). You are an artist. While I just listen to music and look at art, you create art in everything you do! You are one classy woman and one classy spiritual being! I admire you greatly and know with certainty that you will soon find all the tech and all the help you need to recover from that slippery banana peel. The good news is that after you handle all this stuff you will be even stronger than you were before you slipped. Your future is full of brightness and fulfillment! Not necessarily . . . . believe me. This is an "experiment" I've been a party to.

Basically, all we humans will float as long as we have our lungs filled with air and don't lift our arms out of the water . . . folk who panic and lift their arms reduce unwittingly reduce their buoyancy. If they were to keep their entire body except their head in the water (salt or ocean water) they will float. Fresh water is less dense, and one is more likely to sink deeper if you don't have a very filled lung capacity.

Also folks who panic tend to expel too much air out of their lungs with their panic breathing . . . . the trick is to hold your lungs semi-full and breath only the "top half."

I've only known one man who actually sank (in fresh water) carrying out the exercise above. He seemed to be border-line is ocean water.

He is my mate William Tutmen (we were on assignment together in Abu Dhabi as guests of the Sheik.) And Bill is a short chubby guy . . . maybe he needed a good stout dose of laxative:D (He was on NOTs at flag when I knew him last)

I've taught lots of folks to swim, and the first two gradients I always put in for them are the facts that: a) keep air in your lungs and b) keep your arms below the water surface . . . . and you won't/can't sink. The next gradient is to learn how to use your hands under the water to give lift.

Fat folks are more buoyant than skinny, bony types. In my album of photos in my profile, there is an old press photo of me when I was competing as a swimmer . . . I'm total muscle and very little fat . . . and in that condition I would float for extended periods of time in the ocean while waiting for waves . . . the only thing is that one tended to settle a little too low on the surface without the use of the hands to keep the water lower on the neck at the shoulder level, as in disturbed ocean water one needs to keep the face high.
