Which sister is that? What's her name?
I was told Bitty. And I think she is out. Ronnie Miscavige is too AFAIK. The Pantermuehl fella is still in. He's married to Bitty's sister, not her.
Is that why J. Swift was there today -- is he the one who found the 10 minute video for comparison?
Damn, there used to be so much video online uploaded by the cult that has now been scraped clean.
Assholes.
...
Public scientologists attending the hearing?
Wuttt?
I am having difficulty even imagining what the purpose of that could possibly be.
In earlier trials, didn't they have their top supernatural OTs sitting in the court, using TR-O and postulate mojo to put the hex on anyone telling the truth? How'd that work out for ya, cult? LOL
I wonder what kind of bizarre ideas Miscavige and his braintrust are dreaming up to counteract the non-stop fails on this case so far.
I can't believe they would be stupid enough to stage a massive "RELIGIOUS FREEDOM CRUSADE" out in front of the courthouse. LOL
But, then again, every time the cult performs some preposterously blundering new footbullet, I am reminded that they actually ARE that stupid. LOL
The 10 min video came from Israel Cardoza who had worked as a videographer for cos

The ten minute video showed a lot more, including audio dialogue of the two PIs who took the video of course. You could hear them interacting with the officer when he showed up.
At first they told him they were there filming a documentary of these former Scientologists. Then later they said they worked for an attorney, Elliot Abelson. Then they said they were PIs. LOL..... No wonder they didn't want the sound played.
I wonder if we are seeing a new tactic in Cult litigation? Previously they have always used the ‘even if you win against us, you lose’ approach whereby anyone attempting to sue The Cult is faced with overwhelming legal resources and a constant stream of delaying actions all designed to draw any case out for as long as possible in order to financially and mentally exhaust any opponent. This reached a zenith with one of the longest cases in US legal, when Larry Wollersheim sued the cult.
Lawyers and the media have probably got wise to that tactic so Miscavige has developed a Golden Age of Litigation II where they employ new weapons in their legal arsenal.
Do everything possible to piss off the judge sitting in the case. This includes threatening to take the case to a higher court even before he has made any rulings, trying to sue the judge before he has even made any rulings, being deliberately and provocatively obstructive, not providing evidence when required and anything else that can be thought of. Possibly includes having pizza and escorts delivered to his home at 2am, but hopefully excludes murder of beloved pets now.
The theory behind this tactic being that the judge will get so annoyed, he will have at least one angry outburst directed at The Cults legal counsel. When The Cult inevitably loses, this and anything else will be used as ‘evidence’ that the judge was biased and form the basis of an appeal.
I don’t think it will work in this case, as I’m pretty confident that it will never make it to trial in the first place. Miscavige will never willingly appear in open court.
What I’d love to see is some respected legal publication publish a summary of all the legal cases fought by The Cult over the years, along with commentary on how they routinely abuse the legal process in order to deny justice to ordinary citizens. I’d imagine that The Cult doesn’t have a very good reputation within legal circles (except perhaps amongst that *cough* very small number of totally unscrupulous shysters who exist purely to make as much money as possible), but I suppose very few are aware of the colossal scale of such abuses of laws that in theory, exist to protect everyone not just the rich and immoral. OK, the last bit was a bit naïve, but it would be good to see it all laid bare.

Found it online. She's got a Facebook page.
Jennifer Pantermuehl.

I don't think she's a Blythe. I really have no idea who she is/was.
Obviously a long term Scieno. Lots of services completed on Kirstie Watcher's site.
She is a Blythe.
She is? I didn't know there was another sister. Can you give more info?
This is really interesting to me. I thought I knew all of them. Guess not.
Well, is there a Blythe male? I suppose Jennifer could have been married before marrying John Pantermuehl (I didn't think so) where Blythe is her married name as all the kids use both last names Blythe and Pantermuehl.
One of the public Scientologists who was there was John Pantermuehl. Again this was confirmed by my former OT Scientologist who knows everyone it seems. Plus his vehicle has signs on it with his name, so I don't guess he minds the world knowing.
Who is he? Let me try to get this right......His wife's sister is Bitty Miscavige who is married to Ronnie Miscavige, brother of .....yes....him. Their daughter is..........Jenna Miscavige.
Yup. There is. Jim Blythe.

Lost one of his arms in a motorcycle accident while he was on KTL in the 90s at AOLA.
Big flap.
