The "school" "Die Streber" (Tina and Jenny Salomon) seemed to moved from a big town Münster to a little town Wegberg.

Their new address seems to be
Tina B. Salomon
Rather Str. 116
41844 Wegberg, Rath Anhoven

The new address is near to the Netherlands...

WTF: Why did they move to the middle of nowhere???:confused2:

You mean Wegberg near Monchengladbach? That really is the middle of nowhere.

I could not find a place named Wegberg near Munster. (Sorry, don't have the Umlaut on my keyboard. It depends on the language you use.)

Funny. Maybe they want to attract Dutch parents by getting that close to the border. But that would give problems with the language-difference. Dutch children don't speak German.

It doesn't make much sense. Probably the new place is just cheaper.

But who knows why they do what they do? If they'd think rationally they'd close the place up and send their kids to a regular school where they would learn something. :confused2:

Does anybody know if they have schools in Holland too?

Sekh.

It isn't a regular school, the kids are going to a regular school and in the afternoon they stay there to learn for the regular school with Hubbards Study Tech. ... and it is used to recruit kids and their parents for Co$. Wegberg is near Mönchengladbach.http://maps.google.de/maps?hl=de&tab=wl&q=wegberg

A German documentation about this "schools", imo it might be the "Streber" in the documentation.

Two years ago a newspaper wrote about the "Streber" in Münster, may be they want to get raw meat in the middle of nowhere and may be they want to get it from the Netherlands too, but this is speculation.

Thanks for the video, Nicole. It clears up a lot.

Immediately I see a great difference between the two school-systems that would make it impossible for these German "Nachhilfeschule" to get pupils from Holland.
Here children go to school in the afternoon too. From age 5 to 12 the kids have to go to school from 8.30 to 15.00. For older kids these times vary somewhat more. But they also have some days with school in the afternoon.

It would be practically impossible to have your kids in school until three, than put them in the car, drive to Germany and be there in time to have the kids follow the program. Can't be done, unless they'd go on way into the evening.

I don't think that will happen with all the scrutiny from the German government.
It would be easier to rent something on the Dutch side of the border, call it a care-facility for working parents and do whatever you like as long as you comply to some basic safety-and sanitary measures.
The Dutch government is also much less anti-scientology than the German.
Calling a study-center a school however, would make things much more difficult in Holland. Than you'd need qualified teachers, and work according to general standards.

No, I was only speculating about the Dutch raw meat. Practically it won't work out. But still I wonder if there are any scientology schools in the Netherlands. Never heard anything about those. Does anybody here know something about that?

Thanks, Sekh.

How naive are the people here though. Shortly after, you should ask where the real power is for the money, namely the teaching of English. Man can not remove all the people. In this case it was just a test for television, but Mensxhen are often simply too naive.

Thanks, Nicole.

Just one school in Amsterdam, that makes sense since the only Org in Holland is in Amsterdam so most scientologists will be living around the city.

It's probably a small, private school, partially funded by the parents themselves. As long as they apply to standards, they do nothing illegal.
These parents know where they send their kids. I don't like it but it's a free country.

The study-helpers I like (even) less. They don't have to apply to rules, they can advertise without mentioning ties to scientology, so every parent of a child with learning problems looking for help is bait. I wonder if they tell prospecting parents about their ties with the church. Maybe I can order a free brochure....:whistling:

But I don't want those folks to have my address. At least I can see if they have a website. To be continued....

EDIT: Yeah, they do have websites.:D I'll check them out.
