Frankly, I'll believe it when I see a copy of her death certificate from the County, not from any other source.
This. I don't trust Rathburn. I cannot throw him very far (although I would like to try).
Annie was given the same treatment that Uwe Stuckenbrock received, that all Sea Org staff receive when they become too old, too sick, or too disabled to carry out the productions goals set out for them. Off-loads are remanded to the care of nursing homes, paid for by state & county funding, that care for the uninsured & indigents.

Likewise, Sea Org staff in Los Angeles that are in need of medical care are transported to the University of Southern California Medical Center, which has a contingency agreement with LA County Health Services Division, to provide basic medical services to the uninsured & undocumented residents.

Markus, Uwe's brother, shared with me when he was last in Los Angeles, the spartan, near unsanitary, living conditions that indigent patients are forced to live with in these nursing homes. Graham Berry, who visited the nursing home, where Uwe lived his final days, said the conditions were horrible & disgusting, and that Uwe was hardly treated better in the nursing home than when fellow RPF'ers assisted him getting in & out of bed (a soiled mattress in the cold, dirty basement - where the boilers are housed - of Big Blue).

Because of HIIPA laws, nursing homes are prevented from releasing information about a patient in their care, unless it is an immediate family member requesting it. The cult banks on this policy to prevent any info from being released that could lead back to wrongdoing on the part of the cult. Fortunately, in Uwe's case, someone was able to connect with a sympathetic staff member of the nursing home & get details of Uwe's care & his final days.

Uwe did not die at peace or with a smile on his face. I suspect neither did Annie, or the countless others that the cult dumped into the laps of the county health care system.
I have heard of the offloading treatment for the dying and I suppose it means reporting the death is not their responsibility. I notice WraithBum doesn't mention where she died or her being offloaded (another of his lies of omission).

Question for Smurf: Do you assert that Annie was given this treatment because that is how it is done or because you have verified it was done? Just looking for a confirmation she is dead. I've trawled through 16 pages of mostly thesneakster bickering with everyone and not seen any evidence of dox yet. There is no death certificate and his report is missing lots of facts.

Was there a funeral? Who attended? Was she offloaded? Where was she offloaded to? etc. Of course marty is such a brainwashed fuck he would probably never talk about offloading because that would affect sales.
Exactly!

Ron and Dave both discovered that killing people causes pr flaps.

So they just keep them imprisoned until they die.

It's pretty economical actually. No expensive lawyers on retainer to fight murder or manslaughter charges. And the prisoners eat a few dollars of slop a week while working 120 hours and sleeping on the floor.

For the Church, it's a win-win situation.

Heber is on death row right now. But if you ask him, he'd tell you with animated enthusiasm how beautiful Ron's total freedom technology is.

He doesn't know he is in prison. He thinks he's on a bridge (sounds like he might have missed an objective process on the lower grade chart).
This is also an alternative to a divorce?

Been thinking about this thread and many other similar tragic events within Scientology where top level "OTs" are blowing, escaping, bankrupting, caving in, getting seriously ill, dying and/or going to prison. The supposedly "theta" environment is littered with tragic results at the hands of the miraculous "tech".

And, midst the detritus, the remaining Scientologists (CoS and Indies) are obliviously continuing to obsess about their "wins" and their "eternity" as they stand around and applaud each other.

Compare the end of a battle where the lifeless corpses are scattered. The surviving soldiers are not elated and clapping and sharing wins about what just happened. They can see the dead and can feel the suffering. They are pensive and depressed with what has just happened. This is a normal state for a human being to be in when their friends have just been destroyed. Scientologists do not mourn the dead---they prefer to celebrate their wins and pretend all those lifeless bodies scattered about are just inconvenient "encumbrances" that someone "shed" to go on some glamourous intergalactic adventure.

Why aren't Scientologists seeing the ruined lives and carnage all about them?

Something is wrong with these people. Really wrong.
When I lived in the middle east, I used to go places with some Iranian muslims. They would sit in the back seat behind me and wear no seat belts. When I realised they were doing this, I sat in the back so they would sit in the front and wear seat belts. When I was pressed on why I always sat in the back seat, I explained to this woman it was because I was worried that a minor collision would send her smacking into the back of my skull and kill me unnecessarily.

She laughed an said, "You love life too much."

The belief in an afterlife can easily be used to justify the devaluing of human life. Scientology is the worst example of this I have ever seen of this. The teachings of Scientology devalue so many aspects of human life.

well I hate to say it but on this we disagree. The excited cries of "we have about filled up this planet of ours" " we will all starve" have been going on for a very logn time and have proven false time and again. Not sure if you remember the awful predictions about starvation in the 60's for places like India and Pakistan and for the world? That was until Norman Borlaug came along and suddenly those countries became self sufficient in grain production.

What I am saying is that people have a habit of solving problems - as a species thats what we do. (along with creating them of course...LOL)
@Mick.. I don't think we disagree much on this.. Hum.. And I'm actually more optimistic about all this than my post seems to let on.

Yes, human ingenuity is pretty awesome! - If we look to WOG society and ignore Scientology.. heh..

And I think civilization will curb population growth. Just like it has in the western countries. When people can expect safety in their lives and that their kids will survive and grow up, then they stop having dozens of kids.. No laws needed either. (I'm thinking that China's solution is both ugly and wrong..)

This has a lot to do with women being allowed to be members of the human race with education and eqality, as opposed to being chattels of men and 'babyfactories'..

But my post was aimed at Hubbard's idiocy..

Hmm.. Nearly all the 'traditional' religions seems to recommend having lots and lots of kids. This has been a good idea when there was few humans, and they could expect to die young. But at this time we do indeed have the 'capability' of filling up the planet and suffocate in our own numbers.

But I do think this will correct itself, if we succeed in spreading civilization and safe societies..

And in this Scientology is completely irrelevant.

Yeah. The published notes were rather at odds with the original lectures. :whistling:

BTW, we all have our 'private little interests' which in some cases border on fixations. Bet you can now guess one of mine. :omg:

The tree of CO$ is in its death throes.

The tree of the FZ has much valuable fruit.

The FZ may have rounded up the fruitcakes and the fruit loops or the fruit heads but the FZ seems even less sane than the Co$ - same old crap, some old set of delusions just ramped up a notch or two.

Throw in with Wrathbum one of the biggest criminal thugs from the Co$ now out there in the FZ doing the 'good work'.

Christ on a crutch, how sick can it get ?

( Hopefully sick enough to die ! )

The FZ would be funny if, like the Co$, it wasn't so life ruining deadly.

Sorry to bust in here with this question but I am curious...

Was she related to Dave Tidman, the auditor at the DC org who was always winning the Bday game WDAH piece of the game every week back in the 80s?

Do you think Lisa McPherson was handled "within the letter of the law"?

That the church of scientology operates within the laws of the land is the most utterly naive view.

How about sexual abuse of children ( which is damn near rampart in that group ) which requires reporting to police. Does the Co$ do that? Ever ?

C'mon and organixation can not be criminal and at the same time "legal".

In which country is physical punishment ever legal ? Ask Marty or DM, eh.

no. CPD charged them with criminal negligence and practicing medicine without a liscence. the DA dropped the charges because you don't prosecute cases you won't win. and then the civil suit gave them massive and enduring bad PR and cost them $$$$.

i never saw any evidence of child abuse or neglect. we had a very upstat and uptone org at fcdc. i have in recent years become very well informed of pervasive substandard conditions for children in the core of the organization though not so much at the outer orgs. also public scientologists are consistently reported to be good and often very good parents.

Dear Commander Birdsong, did you ever go up to the childrens floor at "S" street? It was disgusting. I spent many hours volunteering there to clean it, wash their bedding and cook for the kids and take them to the nearby park.

Those FCDC kids in the 70's were not allowed to play outside in the yards beside and behind the org because the noise would maybe disrupt AUDITING.

I am pretty sure your kids, your neices and nephews and many other kids including mine and Kendrick Moxons daughter Stacey (may she rest in peace) lived in that hell hole up in the attic with the un-lovely fat mean Mary Ferreter as their nanny. (May she rest in hell).

Back to the topic of Annies unacknowleged death, you posted about not being told about your own sons death. Commander Birdsong, I think this would be a good thread to re-post your story on.

The FZ RPF is definitely notched down a few! The inhabitants voted themselves done and had a general strike and walk out....

FZ Sec checks are by request only. One has to however get signed
permission from one's spouse, Docter, bank manager and lawyer.
Its tough to get one, but with perseverence....

FZ opening of new buildings is many notches down. We're
still working on that one. We're jealous.

FZ dosn't launch broadsides from paddleboats. I believe doing
the same from Golf Carts was vetoed at the last Annual
general meeting, citing health and safety issues. [ The Guvmint
made us :( ]

Also passed was rule 7. "No Squirrels".

FZ dosn't do disconnection. Some have tried to revive this tradition
but have had no success. Its desired they get comm eved for this
failure by some. However the panty waist dilletantes voted no comm
evs after midnight. A covert and snide way to put the kibosh on
that initiative. One can hardly do a good comm eve after a night of partying. Some of the more liberal members suggested that was the
best situation for a comm ev?

FZ dosn't do fair game. Insults are allowed though. Much like
here strangely enough.

FZ has no inch square wives. Not sure about inch square
Mistresses and hookers. Unfortunately we don't have a good
KR system to really investigate here. This is coming up for
review in the next Annual general meeting.

As well as rule 9. No Squirrels.

You clearly drank well of that great policy " LOOK DON'T LEARN"

Well it is a damn big relief tto the world that you never saw any evidence of child abuse or neglect - and is that ( ROFL ) supposed to mean no child abuse or neglect of any child under the care of the Co$ ever happened anywhere at any time ?

Surely you jest !

I did see apurpose for the ignore button until now..I just found one to go on my ignore list.

Coming back to Annie
wich is the death of ''under the radar'' long time SO devoted to the ''enslaver'' guru
and guarded in prison and tortured by his ''lieutenants''

Ann Marie Tidman

Some member have mentionned no document have been shown on ESMB
I did search many data based - especially the Social Security Death Index
wich could provide with the basic information via genealogy sites.

She is recorded as : Ann Marie Tidman

Here is a screen capture of a record found on

Thank you again to Karen De la Carriere for searching and make it possible
for us,

( former parishionners of this so-called Church - founded by this so-called Commodore to whom she devoted her slave life)

To remember her , express our sadness, and wish her the very best wherever she might exists

Many years ago, I had the chance of escaping, despite a blow drill and pressure, I got enough strenght to get into my airplane - and lucky I was of being a nobody - the ''dogs'' sent to recover me, have gave up and could face to be punished for my escape. I beleive I have been taken care by angels

The day I was diagnose with cancer - I was back a free being, not enslaved anymore with cult mind of a mentally ill Guru about the causes of cancer - and could get the very best of medical care to walk the journey of healing.

I wish you had the chance I had.
I wish you'de be the last one to suffer and die in the death of oblivion from the so-call Church.
We keep you in our heart and prayer
May you, Annie, be surrounded with light and love and kind spirits - true angels.

Life is the greatest gift.

About that cert - where is a valid certificate of death issued by the county coroners office? This isn't much of a valid document in the eyes of the law. We could all have been punk'd or trolled....

If you actually care so much, why don't you contact the Riverside County Sheriff's Coroner's office yourself, obtain a copy, scan it, host it somewhere and link it ?

That's assuming she actually died in Riverside County (at Gilman Hot Springs or some nearby hospital).

You know Sneak, I wasn't trying to be flip. You are always asking for doxostfu, and in this case I am not attacking Karen, bless her heart, it was that I was looking at the doc and I thought this is awfully flimsey proof. That's all. This whole thread and Martys are really heart felt and it would be a damn shame if it weren't true.
