Another Scientologist dead too soon

Yes, I've seen the think that, since this life is a fail in terms of what I wanted to accomplish, let me out of here and I'll come back with a clean slate and get it right next time. I've seen this think extant with those who were wrongly declared and still felt the tech was valid but that the shithead executives are screwing up . . . thus the rationale becomes: "I'll come back in a new body and get it right next time."

Of course it is faulty logic in the context of the bigger scenario of all the truth . . . but when you are operating on the false data that $cn has all the right answers you per force come up with faulty logic.

And that is the danger of this destructive cult: it is based on a fraud that purveys false "knowledge."

You nailed it Rog! I think there will be a day when Scientology is going to get sued for FRAUD on this type of thing.

Can you imagine it? So, Captain Miscavige, can you show us the volcano where Xenu is trapped in? We would like to depose him?

Or...Mr. Oat Tea Ate, you spent $675,493.00 reaching this level? Can you please tell the Jury your scientific wins? What were you like before you started your Bridge.

Mr. Oat Tea Ate: Well, I was 30 years old when I started. I was an architect with a great job in NYC. I had a wife and two kids. I was a bit shy. It took me 25 years to obtain Oat Tea Ate and now I am divorced because my wife is an SP. I have not spoken to my kids in 10 years because they would not disconnect from my wife. I quit my job and joined staff. The Church sold our building because I was not able to get any new members in. I am working at Quick Trip.

My win - I now know who I am not and am ready to find out who I am.

Well said, Roger!

Success in Scn is based on:
1. Are you going up the bridge?
2. Are you on staff?
3. Are you a celeb or wealthy contributor?

Failing in Scn is based on:

1. Getting Declared a Suppressive Person.
2. Being a "Freeloader".
3. "Having other fish to fry" (could mean a variety of bad things from having down stats to leaving Scn.)

If you happen to believe in "the tech" and have been declared or are off lines because you're a freeloader, you're in a bad place. Your best friends don't want to have anything to do. This can be a crushing experience to anyone who has been so dedicated for so long.

Scientology Orgs don't care if you are healthy/unhealthy, doing well/poorly at your career, doing well/poorly in your marriage or relationships. They only want to know
1. What money can you spend on Scn?
2. When are you joining staff/SO?

Just because someone is realizing some of the falseness of Scientology doesn't mean they are all better. Once you're indoctrinated into the cult mind-set, there's a great deal of false "truths" that you buy into. Gaining freedom from that dogma is a lot harder than you'd think.
