I am a friend of Chris Borglin. He blew the Sea Org many many years ago and is happily married with 3 kids. I believe he was stationed as a CO of CMO Gold at one point (or some kind of post like that).
The Org on Stadium Blvd in Ann Arbor is long gone. I think they relocated to Battle Creek and there may still be a place in Farmington Hills and Holly Michigan. Wherever they are I stay "clear" of them.

They did indeed move to Battle Creek years ago. They are in rented quarters right downtown, and did buy a building in the heart of downtown for their "Ideal Org", which they have worked hard to renovate, without any help from the CoS, so it still isn't done after many years.
They have stayed pretty much under the radar as far Int Management goes, but they are dead in the water.
2 1/2 years ago their Foundation Course Sup called me on a Friday night to sell me something. He mentioned that he had zero students on course that Friday evening, thus had time to call me.
Here are some news links - as you can see, they got the "Ideal" building for a good price, but it's been over 10 years and the project has died on the vine.
