Astounding Sci-Fi May 1950 ---anyone have the PDF/images?

I've seen reference in a couple of places to someone who posted up scans/PDF files of the original May 1950 Astounding Science Fiction essay on Dianetics by LRH, but the link goes to a site that requires you to install a special "downloader" to get the files which I certainly do not want to do. Does anyone have and/or know where I can get these files without having to go through said download/installer process?

Thanks in advance.

I have a copy of the original magazine down in the basement, have about ten different issues of ASF, most from 1950. A lot of smart people used to read ASF but John Campbell made a mistake in this case.

This is a few years late, but downloads of a number of complete issues of Astounding are available in this series of posts which are currently examining all of the references to dianetics and Scientology that the magazine published - including, of course, the May 1950 one.

Thank you. There is more to come, very soon.

OMG, great stuff Scicrit. I had no idea you created a website. I started a tread awhile ago to explain Hubbard's use of Rhetoric.

well now you have proof from Hubbard's letter to Dean Wilbur, as well as his report card from GWU showing he took Rhetoric. You hit the nail on the head with this last post:

But it appears you are missing the letters between Heinlain & Hubbard and between Campbell & Heinlein in the 1949 time period. The Campbell letters are most informative. Campbell was auditing other people, so he had a vested interest. It costs a few bucks to get them, money well spent, to incorporate into your website.

And then there is Le Bon's work that Hubbard read (from a Heinlein):
