Australians all let us rejoice

Here in Australia there seems to be some sort of cataclysmic event going on, it is very troubling.

The Kiwis have gotten the credit for an Aussie achievement!!!:duh:

So if you are an Aussie,(especially if you are recently out) this is your thread, we are setting the record straight!

Any of you blokes or sheilas who want to encourage any lurkers who might be sitting on the fence, this is your very own Aussie thread and a great chance to stick it up the rest of the world! (as well as OSA).

Come and celebrate your bloody minded Anzo cases here!!

I agree Feral. How did this happen?

It's bad enough if they beat us in the rugby, but to take ownership of this is preposterous!!

I'm an Aussie and I'm NOT a sheep botherer.:p

the A in ANZO stands for AUSTRALIA!!!

I am an Aussie ( Go Aussies!!! :happydance: ) and I am recently out and no, I don't follow the footy ( although I've read a bit about it recently on ESMB! ) I might stay out of this conflict as I have friends on each side.

A for Australia

And I'm "fair dinkum" (Australian) too.

Trust some Kiwis to try and steal our thunder.

You're right Jaka, The point of this not to stir the KIWIs but for the Aussies newly out to stand together and basically be counted. This is to support those on the fence.

No conflict. I love Kiwis.

New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs are the best white wine in the world, IMHO!

Aussie Shiraz (like "Two Hands, Bella's Garden") are superior to 'most any other red wines, IMHO!

And they (Aussies and New Zealanders) are among the most friendly and awesome folks on the planet, IMHO

Plus the Southern Cross is ethnic with me for some odd reason. :whistling:

Record straight? Good idea Feral!

Goodness me Feral, if I didn't know you better, I'd have to say that you were a gutless wonder! Starting such a thread, when you knew that any opposition was out to dinner, is hardly your style! Let us not forget, that many of us Aussies are also Kiwis, and that it's the balance of the two species, that give us such a fine package down under! :coolwink:

This thread should surely belong to the kiwis as well, given that their presence in this fair land, has such an unequivocal positive influence on the issues at hand!

Emma (that wonderful chick who runs this shop), should make note of the fact that these days, there are more sheep per capita in Oz, than what there are in NZ! :confused2: :D

Glad that Jakadak has due regard for the fact, that she has friends on both sides.

Supra - you are just too bloody fair dinkum! And for the record, I am absolutely "over" the idea/concept/dream, that this is something that could/would EVER change. :eyeroll:

Almost Human is with the program - good on ya!

Panda - Grrrrrhhhhh!!!! (smart arse!) :p

EP - yes, the kiwi whites are certainly superior, but thank heavens for the aussie reds (one of which, I have certainly enjoyed tonight). :D

Feral and Emma - Glad that you both did, finally draw the conclusion, that the kiwis are undoubtably a valuable asset and a force to be reckoned with (despite the fact that this one might wake up with a bleedin' hang over in the morning! :melodramatic: )

On a serious note: This thread is for you Kiwis too! You have trained with us, worked with us, and contributed with us - you are certainly part of this team if you are lurking or a member of this board.
(FYI - Feral is just a typical aussie bloke (despite his charm and charisma), so feel free to stick it up em, if he gives ya any curry for "owning" this thread, or taking credibility for your contribution!)

Panda - Grrrrrhhhhh!!!! (smart arse!) :p

I'm all for Kiwis, they make the best Aussies!
I remember the redoubtable Mr Muldoon once shooting a Journalist down in flames, the Aussie journo was complaining slightingly about all the Kiwi layabouts abandoning NZ and taking up residence in Bondi.
"Well" says Muldoon, "I don't know what you're complaining about, that should help raise the collective IQs of both our countries!" :D

KIWI Sauvignon Blancs are some of the best examples of that grape.
They are beginning to match Alsace for Gewerztraminer. I generally prefer alsace and germany for the wines of their characteristic grapes.

Been a long time conneusour of aussie shiraz. Penfolds are pretty reliable.
Tasted most available in UK [LOTS]. the one you quote I've never seen, must be a boutique winery.

Can you bring a bottle to vegas? :)

Terril - if you are gonna be there then I'll bring enough vino to float a boat 'bout the size of the old "Boheme" - hows that sound my friend?

Puccini really "Floats My Boat" musically, BTW. (La Boheme came to mind)

Wow! Talk about "Morphic Resonance" and the like...:whistling:

By the way, look up all the "Two Hands" wines in the Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate (Robert Parker) or any of the big wine guru's reports.

Roy, the EP's EP

Forgot to say: Will all you "DOWN-UNDERS" get over your petty rivalries until the task at hand is done?! Then ua kin go ba' ta yer silly squabblin' over "footie" an sech shit!

You're just a lot of brit rejects, face it. And we beat sheep and kangeroo bothers both at the olympics!

I take full responsibility for MY own error-----I admit, and am proud of the fact that I've forgotten much of Scientology's Lingo, thus, in my excitement I said, in my video to you all----"Congratulations to the New Zealand OTs who have left". DOH! :duh:
My bad,and please forgive my error :begging:
---but how about you all turn it into something even better: Make it INTERNATIONAL, vs. just Aussies! :dance3: Why not? You all are no doubt listened to by MANY people. Please remember that, and talk to even more.
Here's to each of you:

:bravo: :thewave: :headspin: :winner: You're #1 in my book,

and so is every single person who gets OUT of the scam (C of S) where ever you are from. :thewinner:

Have a great week-end,

Hey Hey Hey

We have the North Island and the South Island and we have a West Island, which some retards think should be regarded as a country in its own right. They can't play Rugby, they can't Haka - all they can do is break rules and shag sheep.

So just regard it all as being Kiwiland and you'll be right.

Errrr, That is not the purpose of this thread.

As I said I love Kiwis, so STFU.:happydance:

I felt the tidal wave of new Aussies, freshly out of the trenches might like to post on this thread and show themselves....OK?

I would like to make one little point - Kiwis come to Oz to live, not the other way around.

And, the only reason NZ has less sheep than Oz is because the poor bloody sheep have also immigrated..... to safety!

But, hey, we love the Kiwis, for all their funny little ways. Here's a challenge - first country to boot the $cios out completely.... wins!

I'm an Aussie and I'm NOT a sheep botherer.:

Whilst we might imagine what a "sheep botherer" might be be,
we can only hope its something else.

For those of us in the other hemisphere and lattitude,
what, pray tell, is a "sheep botherer"?

Hardly anything to boast about when the size of your pool, far exceeded ours and gave you an unfair advantage. Per Capita - Australia was at the top of the table, and New Zealand was next :p (there ya go Emma, the Kiwis don't always beat the Aussies :nervous:).

Whilst we might imagine what a "sheep botherer" might be be,

OSA ANZO could surely give you the info, but I'll tell you that it is probably what you imagine it to be. On the east coast of Australia, anyone with the slightest of kiwi accents will continually cop one of thousands of jokes, about us kiwis "loving" our sheep. Just luuuvvly being constantly harrassed about the obviously true and validated fact that we are all a bunch of sheep fu'kers. :eyeroll: In addition to this, once they get off the sheep subject - it's onto the "last one out of NZ, don't forget to turn the lights out" crap. :duh:

Anyway, now that this is all cleared up, back to the purpose of this thread. Feral has asked for any and all aussies (and kiwis actually - he just couldn't bring himself to do it :p ), to let it be known on this thread, if not risking any desired anonymity.

No doubt the Vegas gig will be fab, but I'm sure the Aussie shin dig (when we have one), will be a bloody ripper! :coolwink:
