They just DON'T get it! Is a "snow day", or kids playing in the snow, something so out of the norm for them? Isn't this what kids do all the time in the snow? The fact that they go out of their way to showcase such a day tells me this was a VERY special day and a huge treat for these kids. That's very bothersome to me.

And wondering from the outside, about this young girl who raised the $100,000---is she an EMPLOYEE of the cult? Isn't she rather young? But they insist they don't have children working for the cult, correct? So then, if she's not an employee, this reeks to me of swindling this young girl out of her college fund or something similar. Sometimes my brain gets so pissed off & twisted with crap like this I have a hard time putting it into words.... UGH!

It was a special day because that part of Oregon hasn't had that much snow in 8 or 9 years. No she is not an employee, as mentioned earlier, she is the child of brain-washed cult members, being used to raise money for the cult. And lastly, it was not her money to keep, for college or otherwise. In fact, she probably never saw a single penny of it. It is a pretty sick use of a child though. Kids shouldn't be spending their Saturday nights raising money for large empty buildings, they should be having sleep overs, etc.

You sure about the dad? Pretty sure he works at delphi, too. Haven't spoken to either in 7 or 8 years, so I could be wrong, but if the kids were there for the snow day, it means they most likely live on campus, because the road up to the school would be inaccessible with that much snow. And if they live on campus, both parents have to work there. Unless things have changed.

Based on the comment above, from someone who was there, apparently, I don't see where generosity comes into play. Per the comment above, the industrious little one figured out how to become a Humanitarian without doing or paying anything. Well, kudos to her (I guess ). She then gets put into the spotlight and lavished with praise for something she didn't actually do. That's the typical Scientology BS. What kind of lesson is that? You know how some women, when they get married, they keep their maiden names and attach it to their husband's last name?

Kaellagh's maiden name is Bannon. When she married Dylan, what was she supposed to change her last name to? Bannon-Newhouse-Vitt?

So, they decided to combine their last names Vitt and Bannon into one name. Hence, the name Bennett.
