Way back, when I met Missy, I had never imagined all the stuff you talk about (family in SCN). I never knew the whole story that you tell ... but that is not a surprise to me.

I sent links to your videos to my brother (who has never been in SCN) to see what his reaction would be. I won't copy-paste his email response here because that is considered a no-no. But I can say to you that he was very sad to hear about the broken family stuff you talked about.
Knowing my brother, if the subject of Scientology (or cults) ever comes up in conversations with neighbors or relatives he will probably relate some of the things that he heard you say.

You looked like a million bucks too baby, Hillary, Obama, and McCain all three have nothing on your presence, sincerity, honesty, communication skills, and good looks!

It was so obvious you were speaking from the bottom of your heart.

This will help so many people, and I know that is your intention.
You are so brave, and self determined, and so full of integrity and good intentions.
It all comes through all the way.
People have to know the level of sadism and non care or responsibility Scientologists must abide by.
This movment is not even based on friendship.
It is based on some sort of hysteria gone very far south.
Nothing but threats register to anyone who has been there more than six months.
No wonder someone very influencial made certain the staff would get no information about suppression .
What about the code of honor? Never withdraw alligenice?
What about honoring your parents?
What about exchange? Write your parents off and all they did for you with yellow paper circulated.
That is sick about the wanted poster in Sandcastle with your father's name.
That is just how much they really do not care about the people in front of them.
The good news is the cult attracts sadistic robotic people in the sado machism range on the awareness scale and they are all held behind walls.
Better they are there than out here in society.
These are David Miscavidge's inheritance and supporters.
That guy is surrounded by black magic.
They own him.
The big fish in the little puddle.
Can you even imagine?
And he thinks he owns them.
You need sunglasses to take in the total view.

Thank you Mike for sharing your story. Disconnection is 1 of the many reasons why I became involved. I have been semi-disconnected from my family for years because finances tend to be extremely tight when you're a single Mom. I know it's a totally different situation because I don't have anyone telling me I can't have contact with them, but I do still feel your pain. I have lost several family members in the last several years that I was unable to see before they passed, I hope to one day be able to at least go to their grave sites and say my goodbyes there. I will keep you in my thoughts, I know it's still extremely painful right now and you were very brave to speak up about your experiences. I find my list of heroes growing daily, and you are one of them.

Thank you Mike for reaching out with this story. The more of these stories that get out, the less energy the cult has to act against anyone who speaks out to free themselves and others from it.
