This should be investigated as this is a pattern of behavior Scientology has gotten away with for too long – while making a mockery of the First Amendment protections they claim as a religion and a falsely obtained tax exempt status. Scientology is violating public policy by hiring people to commit felonies, and that is compounded by the fact they are using tax exempt funds. This sort of criminal behavior should cost them their exempt status under the law – these activities are being subsidized by US taxpayers. This will happen only if the USAO pursues this matter back to the perpetrators. Only then will justice truly be served.

Just to put the word out there that if there are any other Scientology critics or exes who have received Victim Impact Statement forms in this same matter, to please contact either Tony or myself, preferably as soon as possible, as sentencing is tomorrow. The more ammo the better.

Hope the Courts follow up on this.....but....

If the case is in the sentencing phase.....doesn't that mean the case is over? But since this hacker has not been sentenced yet....I suppose the case isn't really "over" yet....

I would assume as this information gets to the Judge....and it shows that the Defendant AND his lawyer were lying.....that the Judge could do something about it....

I think the government is much more able these days to crack down on cyber crime....and willing to do so....and more adept at doing so....

Hopefully the CULT will be named in some sort of additional suit....and this is all followed up on.

I guess it is not unusual that Prosecuting one crime.....uncovers additional crimes...and "conspirators" to the crime....

I am not familiar with how this is handled Legally....in an ongoing case....

Yeah, I see the potential for this story to really turn into something HUGE! Hopefully, this is just the beginning of the type of news we've been longing for. As I said in the "is ESMB dead" thread, we were just having the calm before the storm....I think this could be it.:dancer:

If this spoofing...and other cyber warfare was going on during the lead up to the release of "Miss Lovely".....and or "Going Clear, the Prison of Belief" that certainly needs to be entirely uncovered and the depths, plumbed.

It is high time that the Cult's "dirty tricks department" and "apparatus" that perpetrates these operations......all the criminal operations of this type be TOTALLY investigated. This stuff has been going on for 50 years.....time to stop it.

Personally, I don't keep or store any PMs with any identifying IRL information ever.

If need, I simply store them on my machine as text files.

But I'm the high paranoid type. :wink2:

In November 2013, I caught Saldarriaga “spoofing” one of the email addresses associated with this website. (It is not an address that I use for personal emails.) Saldarriaga had made it look like emails coming from him were actually coming from me — a stunt known as “spoofing.”

I immediately notified my attorney, Scott Pilutik, and then I confronted Saldarriaga, who claimed that he was also being victimized, and that a third party was using both of us in an investigation of a missing person, a person I did not know.

Pilutik assured me that Saldarriaga was lying.

I hope the FBI can get the goods on these scumbags.

Also, we should be hearing more about the hackers themselves. The cult hires the PI, who hires the hackers, who do the dirty work. There must be good forensic evidence to show what really occurred, and tracing the money/payments back to the cult.
