Since this does not seem to be true, per Ackerland, this is an acceptable truth masquerading as black PR pretending to be an attack on Marty disguised as a lie. Or whatever.
To follow the labyrinthine logic of this site, the story that Heber is just fine and having a lovely time doing exactly what he wants to do is also liable to be an acceptable truth etc etc.

I will start my comment with a negative statement: I’m not a Martybot or Rinderbot or OSAbot or anyone else’s bot. Having said that I have something to say about an article that Marty Rathbun posted on his blog. Marty censors comments that do not forward his party line that’s why I am posting it here.
I have worked with Marty for many years and thanks to him I was booted out of the Sea Org. I might consider petitioning to come back now that Marty confirmed that he is an SP. Aside from my personal bad experience with Marty I happened to have direct knowledge regarding his latest piece self-serving propaganda article, “David Miscavige wants to be like Mike.”
The title alone shows how delusional Marty is. Who the hell wants to be like Mike Rinder? Or a mini Marty? – NO ONE! Those two remind me of Hitler and his Italian puppet, Mussolini.
I happened to be in the Cine conference room with Marty when Rinder walked into the room and Marty very clearly went on a roll telling him that the internet was out of control and that as usual his fucked up OSA people are not doing anything to handle it. Marty had just found out that someone had created a fake email address with Marty’s name in it and was sending around “entheta emails.” Marty proceeded ordering Rinder to register every possible free email account with Marty’s name as well as domain names. As Rinder was leaving the conference room Marty stopped Rinder and told him to also do it for his (Rinder’s) name especially and for every RTC and CSI executive.

Yes, because we should obviously believe an account: (1) on an anti-Marty site; (2) by someone who blames Marty's for getting him "booted out of the Sea Org"; and (3) by someone who is considering "petitioning to come back [to the Sea Org] now that Marty confirmed that he is an SP."
Yep, no questions of motive or reliability there.
Oh, and Marty reminds him of being Hitler, and Mike reminds him of being Mussolini? Then what is the DM he is "considering" petitioning to run back to? Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot rolled up into one?
I'm not saying I believe Marty's account, or disbelieve it. I recognize that the domains were registered in 2002. I
asked about that issue on Marty's blog. Marty
allowed the question to be posted. Marty has not yet answered the question.
But I
also take with a grain of salt a story by someone who on the one hand claims to not be an OSAbot, but nonetheless is "considering" filing a petition to return to the SO.
Also,
as Sponge pointed out on WWP:
Whatever the story, I think the point should be: why would the cult still want to hang onto those domains?
