A recent crime by the CofS

Recently, OSA ANZO have been busy culling through pc folders of those who they think may be a potential threat, acquiring some kind of 'leverage' over them, in an effort to shut them up.

They have met with people in the field, and basically told them that if they divulge info about what has gone down within the CofS, that the CofS will divulge info about them (which is 'priest penitent privileged'), from their pc folders (and have given specific personal info, only obtainable from their pc folders).

The CofS told all their pc's (in C/S 1 indocs) that any info divulged "in session" was confidential. They also stamped "Priest penitent privileged" on all pc folders. This 'protected' the CofS from having governmental type authorities having access to pc folders for data, but as Panda said, "it cut both ways" and also 'protected' pc's from having their pc data divulged by the CofS to anyone else.

Threatening to use data from a pc folder is a crime!!! The CofS in ANZO has recently been threatening to use it, in an effort to shut people up from communicating about the crimes, atrocities, and violations of human rights within the CofS which they have observed.

In this country, what they are doing is a crime, and it's actionable.

Somehow they have this all justified and screwed around so that they are somehow blackmailing and extorting people for the greatest good for the greatest number of dynamics.

( for those of you who are not Aussies - "SHAME, SHAME, SHAME " was the catch call of Derrin Hinch who hosted an old current affairs TV show which used to expose all sorts of criminals and con men - the show would always end with this catch cry. I'm sure the C of S would of been featured on it from time to time - it's a SHAME that Derrin's show isn't around right now - he could have a field day with all the current C of S cons ... yep it's a real SHAME, SHAME, SHAME )

• Any Out-Ethics and DB Activities You May Have Forwarded or Engaged in Yourself
• Instances of Low-Tone Level Communication
• General Suppression

Operating with public liability insurance.

In 2007 ACT org operated without any public liability insurance, this was only handled after myself and others donated money to pay for it. It is psssible they are operating in PT without such cover as it was consistently a problem in the past I doubt much has changed.

There's a lot of relevant stuff on this thread, that the CofS doesn't/didn't like!

Soon after I started this thread, I got calls from OSA. They put shit on me and tried to threaten me, in an effort to get my posts on this thread (and my staff war stories thread) deleted. They wanted me to request that my posts on this and the other thread (but particularly two posts here), get removed! I wonder why?

This whole thread is worth a read, but if ya don't feel inclined, I suggest you at least read posts:
#'s 4, 6, 22, 33, 82, 84, 101, and 116. (FYI - When posters were addressing "Ceedia", they were addressing me - I was posting under the name of Ceedia before I started using my christian name).

We have gathered that the CofS didn't like the fact that we exposed their; negligence in regard to the deaths of two little girls (Scooter and Mary Mag's daughters); enforced abortions; and the cover ups of 'PAEDOPHILIA by their 'parishioners'.

I suggest we keep these issues somewhat 'alive' on this board. I also suggest and request that members here post crimes within or by the CofS that they have witnessed/copped.

We who are members here, may well not see all the effects that this board can have. Be aware that there are many still trapped within the ranks looking for data on the net, and the data that comes up on this board makes a difference. It has helped set many free. Threads and posts that expose the actual game, crimes and atrocities within the CofS do make a huge difference, so let's contribute to that if we can by posting about CofS crimes - crimes that the CofS would rather have kept under the carpet.
