Daniel Asse Sued By $cientology: Can Anyone Help?

Being engaged in litigation that has $cn connections is a very very unpleasant experience, I know first hand. Add to it being in a semi-3rd world country, has got to be overpowering to say the least. Thanks for the heads up here Magoo.

OK, here is a paraphrasing of what I was told by a couple of people.

This case is over. There is no penal action against Daniel. They could not prove the fact of extortion, they were accusing Daniel...so there is no action.

Congratulations, Daniel!

Dan sent me a couple e-mails:

I am ready for any enterview,lease let me know if you can, this people are suing me for extortion, as a retaliation.
I really wish to speack out about it

So, is Daniel being sued personally now by the cult for the same extortion excuses since the criminal case was dismissed? Or are they just harassing him?

The petition is in Spanish and even when translated, it is not clear why they accused him of extortion. I know that there are contentions that Daniel betrayed a friend, another ex, by implicating him in this extortion scheme and the cult went after the friend first but he was able to clear his name.

I think we need more info and a petition in English with more details.
