Bix reminds me of my own son Danny who is also eight years old. The news posted by Mark Rathbun has simply "made my day". I hope that this is a very public trial and that Daniel does not settle for a few lousy dollars but actually exposes the atrocities that regularly occur in the C of $. My own children were similarly abused by the SO when my wife and I were working fifteen hour days in the SO at AOLA for little or no pay. This was in the eighties.
I am going to say a prayer tonight before I go to bed that Daniel and his attorneys achieve their goals.

I was with you in those years with Ivan Oblenski as Commanding Officer at AOLA,.
Remember when we ordered to stay at AOLA and not go home for the night ? Some 8-10 of us waited, knowing this was not good. Then we were summoned to CMO IXU at the HGB. (An entity long gone in all the purges). We were driven to the Hollywood Guarantee Building on Hollywood Boulevard for interrogation ~~ police polygraphing on the supposed "religious" E meter.
It was now 1am. We were huddled into individual rooms by "CMO", These Perky twerps~~ adolescent 2nd generation Scientologists felt they had the POWER and they were giddy with the POWER.
They wanted a WHO.
WHO was being Disaffected for the cancellation of FAMILY time ? Who was creating ENEMY lines against Church Management for DARING to hope for 1 hour with our Kids ?
My son Alexander Jentzsch was 3 years old.

We had the NERVE, the GALL, the BRAZENNESS AND EFFRONTERY TO ask for 1 hour day Family time !
We were ENEMYs ! This was an ENEMY LINE !
We were Disaffected and Disassociated. !
Never mind that we worked 60 hour weeks for $12 to $20 ( most weeks there was no $$$ to pay the staff)!
Never mind that all Annual Leaves were canceled !
Never mind that a day off every 2 weeks was canceled....1/2 day off every 2 weeks if your statistics showed outstanding production.
We had now been up 17 to 18 hours and CMO wanted the WHO in ROLLBACK to find the SP !

Why did we put up with this ? Actually I was gone soon after this incident ~~ within months ~~the Drachonian madness increased and you and Lynn followed soon after. Then the unit disintegrated. There is not a soul left there that was part of our group. All gone within 2-3 years.
Ivan, the Commanding Officer fled soon after as well.
The abuse and destruction of hard working willing staff (albeit deluded into thinking they worked for an "ethical" group) is always fascinating to view in hindsight.:confused2::confused2::confused2:
