Whoa, that's got to be some kind of mistake!

Feshbach's are humanitarians, so they would never blow.

And to prove my point, she's OT VIII! As far as I know, nobody has ever attained OT VIII and then blown[SUP]*[/SUP].

other exception which is if the OT VIII did not run enough hours of "touch that wall" at the lower levels,
which means they false attested to everything above objectives. Those individuals need to get back
into the org right away so it can be handled. To ensure this part of the Bridge is wide open to failed
OT VIIIs, the church has built dozens of "Ideal Orgs" for $20m each--and purposely kept people out
of those buildings (which explains why they're empty) to ensure there are plenty of vacant rooms
and unused walls to touch.

ps: For anyone still hung up on how an OT VIII could blow, here is a technical datum to keep in mind. OT VIIIs are "TOTAL CAUSE OVER LIFE" but if they haven't run lower level objectives for hundreds of hours (e.g. "Touch that wall") then they are obviously not "TOTAL CAUSE OVER WALLS".

Since walls are in the MEST universe, they would need to remedy that. Then they can attest to OT VIII Super-Expanded, the EP of which is: "TOTAL CAUSE OVER LIFE AND WALLS".
