Science works by confirmation. I can verify that after drinking raspberry rum last time, everything was spinning around me too.

Scientologists back David Jolly's bill to study relationship between psychiatric drugs and veteran suicide
By Alex Leary, Tampa Bay Times Washington Bureau Chief
Rep. David Jolly, whose ties to the Church of Scientology have generated recent news coverage, is pushing church-backed legislation to study the relationship between psychiatric drugs and veteran suicide.
“I know this type of opioid abuse has been a concern to the church and they have approached me about it as constituents,” the Pinellas County Republican said in an interview.
But he said the church, which is headquartered in Clearwater, did not write the legislation and that veterans groups have raised the issue, too, including Fleet Reserve Association and AMVETS.
Scientologists oppose psychiatry and the use of "mind-altering psychotropic drugs." The church’s Citizens Commission on Human Rights has backed Jolly’s “Veteran Suicide Prevention Act,” which was introduced in March and has attracted more than 20 co-sponsors, Republicans and Democrats.
In an April 7 website posting, CCHR said: “While many studies and reviews have been conducted by a host of government entities to determine the causes behind the increased number of veteran and military suicides, Congressman Jolly’s legislation is the only review to specifically question the psychiatric drug treatments that have become the mainstay of military/veteran mental health care. The need for this kind of comprehensive review is backed up by years of data.”
Jolly’s ties to Scientology made news this month when BuzzFeed News reported that his U.S. Senate campaign had edited his Wikipedia page to remove references to his association with the church.
This line was removed: “Jolly’s relationship with the Church of Scientology, which is based inside his congressional district in Clearwater, Florida, has been reported on in the press, including Jolly’s attendance at various fundraising events hosted by the organization.”
Last August, Jolly was a “guest of honor” at a Scientology’s Clearwater centennial celebration. His wife, Laura, also modeled for the church’s “Fashions with Flair” fundraiser. In 2014, Jolly appeared at a Clearwater fundraiser for Attorney General Pam Bondi hosted by Scientologists.
In a news release, Jolly said of the bill: “It is critical that we understand whether there is any impact of certain psychiatric drugs prescribed for issues like P.T.S.D., depression or traumatic brain injuries, on the decision of a veteran to take their own life. With veterans dying by suicide at a heartbreaking rate, we need to take a hard look at all possible factors in order to help prevent these tragedies.”

FL-Sen: Ben Carson Endorses DeSantis (R), Jolly's (R) Latest Bill Gets Backing From Scientologists

The reason why this is a big boost for DeSantis is because Carson was the preferred candidate in the GOP primary but of course he’s passing up on the race. But his endorsement of DeSantis could be what he needs to win his crowded primary. As for the party establishment’s preferred candidate, Rep. David Jolly (R. FL), there’s one group of people that just won’t leave him alone:

Jolly just can’t quit the crazies but the Church of Scientology aren’t the crazies he needs to win his primary.

To sum it up? scientology's political intelligence and warfare department aka SOCO or OSA or rebanded GO criminally convicted membership are at it as always.
Survey and find a societal ruin associated with delusional megalomaniac hubbard's mind bias. Cozy on up to some OLs with that bias seeded agenda, throw a few more seeds of hatred around to others they can influence and then step by step, use the connections to the OLs to promote their fox in the hen house pretended public benefit(focused on to maintain their 'charitable tax exemption status)
Invasion by political information control.....? Wasn't there a step on the SUPERPOWER project where it was to be 'delivered' to the government as one of its 3 main 'publics' ?
The following article does not mention Scientology. It does, however, provide interesting information concerning Jolly's political future. It may not be bright.
Also, an update. When Rubio decided to run again for his Senate seat, Jolly dropped out of the Senate race and decided to again run against former Governor, former Republican and now Democrat Charlie Crist for the U.S. House of Representatives in a redrawn district.

How the GOP abandoned one of its own
Florida Rep. David Jolly battled his party over fundraising — and now he's a political pariah.

CLEARWATER, Fla.— Republicans say they’re fighting for every seat in the House. Every seat except Florida Rep. David Jolly’s, that is.
The first-term GOP incumbent is running a lone-wolf reelection campaign, fighting for his political life as Democrats aim to unseat him with a big name in Florida politics, former Gov. Charlie Crist. But Republican leaders have left him for dead, after a falling-out over money in politics, even though party strategists say they’re doing everything they can to protect the GOP’s House majority.
"When we win this, we will have done it our own way, with nobody owning us,” Jolly said in an interview, looking relaxed as he sat in the back booth of a local crab shack in his district on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
With just about 80 days left before the election, GOP leaders are bracing for a down-ballot disaster as Donald Trump falls further behind Hillary Clinton in the polls. But when it comes to Jolly, top Republicans are refusing to throw a lifeline to the embattled incumbent.

I think you may have misspoken. Jolly is not running against Hillary for Congress. Jolly is running against former Governor, former Republican and now Democrat Charlie Crist.Hmm, in my limited knowledge of American politics, this sort of sounds like the Republicans want Hillary to win?
Or am I looking up the wrong tree?
