As I write this, beside me is Volume One of the OEC Course, HCO Division, a.k.a. a Green Volume, from 1974.

It contains an HCOPL dated 23 December 1965, 'Suppressive Acts, Suppression of Scientology and Scientologists', and on page two of that HCOPL there is a list of suppressive acts over forty lines long - most of the page.

"Suppressive acts are defined as actions or omissions undertaken to knowingly suppress, reduce, or impede Scientology or Scientologists...

"[Such suppressive acts include] public disavowal of Scientology... public statements against Scientology.

"[Suppressive acts also include] continued membership in a divergent group; continued adherence to a Suppressive Person or group pronounced a Suppressive Person or group by HCO; failure to handle or disavow or disconnect from a person demonstrably guilty of suppressive acts; being at the hire of anti-Scientology groups or persons..."

Disconnection was standard Scientology policy and practice in the 1970s.

When I read John Peeler was imprisoned at Old Gilman House (OGH) I felt an empathy. I recalled my brutal days towards the end of my 6 months at hell at OGH.

OGH is prison building at the edge of the campus and it is GRIM. This is where Maureen Bolstad lived in confinement for 3 years while she tried to escape. (I posted earlier on this page http://ocmb.xenu.net/ocmb/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=41348&start=60)

So John Peeler is first ordered to hard labor. The hard labor the Sea Org doles out is always highly punitive and sadistic. Machines should be doing what they make Sea Org members do. Scrub out gallery dumpsters (coated with bacteria and smelling to high heaven) John was ordered top scrub them til were spotless

Try doing that with old old dumpster ! Now imagine doing that for 8 to 10 hours a day, week after week, month after month. It is called "A Severe Reality adjustment" in Sea Org nomenclature an "SRA."

John was assigned as toilet cleaner and garbage dumpster cleaner.

The toilet cleaner punishment is FREQUENT. Because it is humiliating to "white glove" remnant feces in a toilet bowl.

The punishments so protested by whistle blowers are

Hand Clean the Feces Pond !
Clean toilets with a toothbrush 12 hours a day ! (Tommy Davis got that punishment when he blew earlier)
Clean the Bilges stinking of urine and bacteria !

The "Church" does not see these as overwhelming suppressive ACTS against their own !

It is we, who REPORT it that are suppressive ! IT is an SP act to want ABUSE to STOP !

For the next year and a half after asking to leave the Sea Org John Peeler was kept imprisoned by being was restricted to the base for the next 2 years.
Heavy Hard Labor.
Police Polygraph Mind torturous "Not auditing you" Security checks.

Imagine being Police polygraphed 6 hours a day for a year and a half.

John saw no end in sight. He feigned "ethics change". He was going to be a good boy and go back to working like a "good, well behaved Sea Org Member." 6 months more OGH imprisonment and sec checks.

He was finally given a lowly landscape hard labor post, but was out of OGH imprisonment.

A couple weeks of being "un-restricted", His direct senior Tom Pope changed his schedule so he could be TRAINED on "COB DRILL"

The Chairman of the Board Miscavige Drill was to SPRAY off David Miscavige's patios and de-weed anything if necessary.
For this reason John got an early pass.

He raced home to his Hemet Apartment, called his Mom to come get him and has never looked back.

I acknowledged John Peeler and Marc Headley as early INT BASE Horror story whistleblowers. They blazed the trail and led the vanguard way ahead of a lot of us.

Talking about Old Gilman House (The Prison Building at INT Base ) brought back memories.
After a few months held against my will, forced incarceration in a place I did not want to be in ~~
I was not in good shape.
I recall being woken up at 1:30am and sent to the RTC offices where a *NEW* Sec checker had me pick up the cans.

This was a "Not auditing you SEC CHECK" on top of all the messed up sec checks but the questions were

Do you and your auditor have a MUTUAL Withold ?
Do you and your auditor have a MUTUAL overt ?
Do you and you auditor have a MUTUAL critical thought ?
Do you and your auditor have a MUTUAL transgression against the group ?

It is strictly forbidden to do metered actions over hunger, tiredness, overwhelm.
But I was starved, very tired and my I looked like a *basket case*
But I was hauled out of bed in the middle of the night (6am was wake up time)
to endure MORE
POLICE POLYGRAPHING. To hell with the rules !
I was in a death/apathy mode.

They did not even trust their *OWN* auditor !
They actually in their delusion THOUGHT that an INT base sec checker would
COLLUDE with me !

Paranoia even on their own ! No one is trusted.
But I thought about a lot later.

To think that an INT Base staff member would get IN CAHOOTs with me and risk sadistic
INT BASE punishments was laughable. I was there for Sec Checks and punishment only.

INT Base punishments are grotesque and last a long long time.
No forgiveness.

Shortyly after I started posting on Marty's blog I received an email from my daughter telling me that someone had called her looking for me...an old friend...and wanted to know how to get in touch. She's a smart cookie and told them nothing. When I asked her about who it was she said he said he was an old boyfriend from high school but couldn't remember his name. A few days later she was able to recall the name and it WAS an old boyfriend from high school.

I suspected it was an OSA plot to track me down as I hadn't heard of him in 30 years. He never knew my married name or that I had children or the names of my children. The ONLY way they could have had this guy's name or known my daughter's was to use information from my life history.

Needless to say, it didn't work!

There is a slave factory for making furniture for all the "Church" organizations, and boy, do they work HARD for their rice and beans and $8 a week ! They are paid like Chinese farm workers !

RPFers of recent years are sentenced to this slave labor for YEARS. It is unbelievable. There is no day OFF, there is no day off even for Christmas and Thanksgiving and New Years day. It is slave labor, morning til night, while the RPFer is forbidden to talk to anyone outside the RPF and his family and outside world is completely cut off.

These are true cult like actions.

They even brag to the public that these hologrammed tables with the Scientology logo were made IN HOUSE saving the church MILLIONS of dollars !

Confidentiality agreements are not for the purpose of concealing crimes but, if two parties want to come to an agreement and a settlement where one agrees not to talk, fine. As INT Base was exploding in population, (went up to 1000 Sea Org members) apartments were rented in Hemet for Sea Org staff members.
These were "Kirby" apartments and "Vista Garden" Apartments.

A lot of Sea Org at INT bASE lived in these apartments 12 miles from the base in town called Hemet.

As Miscavige increased his penalties and punishments, Sea Org members realized they had to get out of there !~ His temper tantrums increased, his violence was increasing, the punishments including sleep deprivation were sadistic.

So by natural human thresholds of endurance, Sea Org members went home to the apartments and then FLED.
They went home for the night and were never seen again !
(Of course a lot of them now hook up back channels.)
So the solution to these repeated blows was to empower a Sea Org member to be a "Security Watch" to ensure to no further fleeing.

And by the natural progression of things, the Security Watch realized as no one was watching him, it was the security watch that FLED !

So then the rule was to have a Security Guard WATCH a Security Guard, so that the security Guard would not flee !

But the point of all this is that Miscavige ordered "No more living off GOLD BASE"

Hansuili Stahli and Heidi Stahli I have known since 1980.
We were at the Flag Land Base together. They were really likeable.
Then they turned on David Mayo ferociously like they were superior
when they were relatively new guys on the block and did not have a clue.....
I have wondered at Hansuili's endurance level given the fact
that he has been doing Sec Checks for Miscavige for some 30 YEARS !

Imagine sec checking others for 30 years for Miscavige Just stop and think about that..

With the wave of people leaving and defecting from the Church, Miscavige sent out a 3 personnel Mission in the last 3 or more years.

1) Marion Pouw, (Marion Dendui) old GO, then Author Services,then personal valet and cleaner for Miscavige then go-to missionaire for Miscavige.
2) Mike Sutter (former CO OSA INT and many times low jobs at GOLD ~~then go-to missionaire for Miscavige.
3) Hansuili Stahli. ~~Always the sec checker in recent years go-to "missionaire" for Miscavige.

What the 3 above were sent out to do, was to talk disaffected people to come back to "the mother Church".
This was a rough assignment. Almost no one played ball.

Hansuilli, over a year ago made some error, a minor flunk and he was assigned to the gallery to wash pot dishes in Los Angeles, where I believe he still is.

When you get in bed with a snake, expect to be bitten !

Hansuili has worked for some 30 years without a day off. He has now incurred the wrath of Miscavige and there will be no end in sight as to the ABUSE he will receive. It is no fun to wash dishes many long hours month and month out sunrise to sunset.

Mike Sutter and Marion have vanished into thin air That means they were RECALLED.
You and I know how ominous it is to be RECALLED !

Mike and Marion are most likely in SP Hole for their CRIMES !

Here's some the newer rules implemented::::

++++All Annual Leaves cancelled. No more 3 weeks a year Annual Leave
++++A day off every 2 weeks if you statistic and production was Up was also cancelled. No more days off
++++Pay was down to 1/4 pay or 1/2 pay. Some weeks $5 some weeks $10 for 60 to 80 hour weeks !
++++All family time cancelled. For those that had children under 5 years old like I did, this was rough. No longer permitted to spend 1 hour a day with the children.

Less and Less privileges, longer and longer hours, more and more discipline, it was spinning out of Control into a true CULT.

There are many examples of abuses in Scientology, and abuses in the Sea Org, including neglect and abuse of babies and children, from the 1960s and 1970s.

It's good that the abuses of Miscavige are continuing to be described, as they have been for the last 25+ years, first in books, then on the Net, but every so often it needs to be noted that these abuses are a continuation of the earlier abuses under L. Ron Hubbard.
