Hooray! Well there you have it. How are things at the Federation these days.?:coolwink:

I don't know how the ol' Federation is doing. I've not kept up with that genre of fiction and, in regards the tulpa Hubbard-thing, hallucination.

Copyright Declare?

Hey HappyGirl, look down at the bottom of your precious declare notice and see if it has a copyright notice.

Does it?

I have many curiosities about.

One of my certs that is still in force because I have not been declared is Golden Age of Ethics Specialist.

And my extensive training in this area gives me the distinct impression that the people posting in this thread are all out-ethics.

Out-ethics. I have heard that before. Exactly what does it mean? :coolwink:

to make a long story short. I was sec checked and told that I was responsible for another DPF'ers condition.

It is very shocking seeing one of theese things with your name on it. I was very sad and scared for quite some time. My family promptly disconnected from me (over the phone.) It has been 20 years and none of them have spoken to me.

Thanks for adding your personal story to the corner. None of the pounds of paper written that say other reason why people report falsely (their terms); things like M-U's, unhattedness, and voumes of stuff is relative to these superior pyscho's.

Just more proof that its pick and choose what you want to apply and when you want to apply. Those who try to do it right - can't.

(quote from puckel) You were at Trementina? - You're the first person I've encountered who's actually been there..

my responce: I was not only there I was Incharge of getting the base finished up. I have been in the vault at that site and overseen the construction of the vault at the Rim forest base. As well as the new production building and the upper exec's log cabin. I guess there are not that many of us. When I was on staff there were only 20 people total.

(quote from puckel) Well you could fib me one about that.. Square paces.. I even made a halfassed attempt at WC'ing it.. No clue.. WTF?

my responce: MSquare paces is a stat that measures useable space. It has to be clean and in good working order. It is measured by walking the area and counting your foot steps. Sorta silly really. WHat if I am 6' and the MAA verifying the paces is 5'. it would come out different. thus creating a false report. :nervous:

All that said I really enjoyed working up at CST it was filled with great people and in a fantastic location. The LRH house at the RIm forest bast is 3,800sqft and three stories. this is where LRH "reborn" is supposed to come and spend his days. I wonder if he is there yet? :confused2:

You can edit your post after you have submitted it to correct errors. It's usually worthwhile to look it over to see the quotes have come out all right and fix it when they haven't. :)

I had a similar experience to this.

I was declared a Source of Trouble in 1988 later cancelled.

I was declared a Source of Touble in 2007, requested a Comm Ev, the Sopurce of Trouble was dropped but I was chareged with Crimes, Assigned an Enemy condition and had a Non-enturbulation order issued.

I requested a Review Comm Ev but was told it would be better to get a Board of Review as the penalty can increase if you loose on a Review Comm Ev.

All the charges were dropped and I was back in good standing.

I then R/R'ed and got my money back. Although I havn't seen my declare, it is a Suppressive act so would be declared.

That's three times. Do I get a prize? :coolwink:

I really like this thread. I guess I qualify for this club....sort of.

I was routed off staff as a List 1 R/Ser back in 1977. I wasn't declared SP, but I was told by Gary Bottorff that only 2 1/2 percent of the population are List 1 R/Sers. That was what he told me as he signed off my routing form.

After that I was asked to come back on staff because it was all a mistake. So I did. Then the next time I had a "handling" with Gary I blew. That time I got declared. Of course I didn't know about it until a couple of years later. Funny thing is I was happily living life and not too concerned with getting up the bridge or being active in Scientology....UNTIL I found out I was declared. Then I got really upset and confused and all that kinda crap so I queried and studied policy and waited for the IJC post to be created and then I requested a comm ev and got myself back in good standing. Yep you guess it...I even eventually got back on staff.

The last time I was offloaded I wasn't declared. I did my last fifteen sets of lowers and quietly drifted away. Eventually I started to connect up with SPs and squirrels and I just couldn't be happier.

So you see now I am actually guilty of high crimes and no one is typing up any goldenrod on me anymore. Scientology justice is a joke.

I was never declared an 's.p.'. I demand my rights! I demand to be declared! This is racism, sexism, everythingrongism!!! DECLARE ME!

Being declared is the equivalent these days of being branded a Freedom Fighter.

Actually, on the darker side, the most devastating comments to me was when 2 bullying staffer clams (on different occasions) called me a "fucking 'db'". This was because I couldn't hold a part-time job while working both 'day' AND 'foundation' hours. Never enough $$ for decent rent and basic food and clothes. Of course both were 'reges' and 'directors' and so, both were skimming the commissions.

I'm trying to hold it together just writing this.

What a fucking nightmare.

You were trying your best to help and got shit for it.
That sucks Zorg!

Some people in the COS get to spiritual power by their assholyness.

I got goldenrod for failing to go up the bridge and nattering about prices to others in the mission. I think they made me do a *10 August* ethics sec chec too.

Funny how fast I got through lower conditions
when I suddenly found enough money to pay for an intensive before 2 on Thursday.

Thanks looker; I was beginning to think that my posts were invisible. Maybe I need a flame thrower to get attention or sumthin'! :touched:

It seems to me that all supervisory clams had that bully element. The higher up, the bigger the bully, or potential bully with the threat of same being ever present. :confused2:

'Assholyness'... funny shit.

I got declared back in 88' then worked hard to get through the A to E steps (idiot!). I got restored to good standing in 95' it took ages as they kept on losing the CSWs and so on. I was a good little foot soldier until end of 2008. Now i don't give a shit what they think of me I hope they write me up another 'Declare' and I vow and declare I will not ever do the A to E ever again.

Another point well taken. No matter how good you tired to be - part of the trap was that it was not good enough.

I'm glad you're here.

Yup, my feelings exactly. The higher up the Org Board you go the more Assholyness that goes on. :roflmao: :hysterical:

:hysterical: You guys crack me up.

Thank you Zorg and OutEthics

I know someone who blew from a PAC org around 1980 and was declared by local issue. I assumed for years that this person was declared, as it aligned with the Leaving Staff policy. In 1990 while I was at ITO (SO for years) I checked with IJC and they had no record of a declare. Because they had no record of it, i.e., it had not been approved on the proper lines, IJC said it wasn't valid. Therefore the person's current status was NOT declared.

I knew a guy in the early 1980's who finished his org contract, and was told he would have to recruit his own replacement before he could leave. After a few months of working his post past contract expiration, he finally said screw it and stopped showing up. He was declared.

He was then told, by the FOLo CJC, that his declare would be canceled if he returned to staff. Fortunately somebody finally noticed that the declare issue did not have IJC OK, and the declare was lifted. i don't think anything happened to the parties involved.

I'm pretty sure in '88 the whole "Ring Around The Leaving Staff Routing Form" thing was going on. Even those who tried to follow all the conditions and terms of the leaving issues one could never fullfill them all. There was enough verbal data about what you were supposed to do - just to keep everyone guessing.

In some places, if you recruited your replacement, that was the biggest part of the deal and you could zip right through it. And if the powers that be decided you weren't going to leave, they would bring out the dreaded "Freeload Debt" policies or the "Leaving and Leaves" policies.

All part of the - If you sign up, its for the duration Deal.:angry::angry:

I was mailed my SP Declare immediately after I received the last check in a multi-org repayment cycle . . .
As for the declare itself... it was full of imagined and staledated "offenses". None of which would make good scuttlebutt around the neighborhood. Just stuff that other scientologists might care about. Like selling my emeter on the internet and stuff like that.
And, of course, asking for my money back. :screwy:

:happydance::happydance::happydance: I am so glad you got some money back. From what I've seen and heard, its really not that easy. So good for you for sticking with it. It probably took alot of time and energy.

I put my e-meter up for sale on e-bay and my broker told me she was contacted and told she had to take it down. By that time she already had several bids. So she took the item off auction, but did sell it to the highest bidder. I found it interesting how easy it was to sell. Same guy later bought all my Tech Vols.:whistling::whistling:
