Hooray! Well there you have it. How are things at the Federation these days.?
I don't know how the ol' Federation is doing. I've not kept up with that genre of fiction and, in regards the tulpa Hubbard-thing, hallucination.

One of my certs that is still in force because I have not been declared is Golden Age of Ethics Specialist.
And my extensive training in this area gives me the distinct impression that the people posting in this thread are all out-ethics.
to make a long story short. I was sec checked and told that I was responsible for another DPF'ers condition.
It is very shocking seeing one of theese things with your name on it. I was very sad and scared for quite some time. My family promptly disconnected from me (over the phone.) It has been 20 years and none of them have spoken to me.
I really like this thread. I guess I qualify for this club....sort of.
I was routed off staff as a List 1 R/Ser back in 1977. I wasn't declared SP, but I was told by Gary Bottorff that only 2 1/2 percent of the population are List 1 R/Sers. That was what he told me as he signed off my routing form.
After that I was asked to come back on staff because it was all a mistake. So I did. Then the next time I had a "handling" with Gary I blew. That time I got declared. Of course I didn't know about it until a couple of years later. Funny thing is I was happily living life and not too concerned with getting up the bridge or being active in Scientology....UNTIL I found out I was declared. Then I got really upset and confused and all that kinda crap so I queried and studied policy and waited for the IJC post to be created and then I requested a comm ev and got myself back in good standing. Yep you guess it...I even eventually got back on staff.
The last time I was offloaded I wasn't declared. I did my last fifteen sets of lowers and quietly drifted away. Eventually I started to connect up with SPs and squirrels and I just couldn't be happier.
So you see now I am actually guilty of high crimes and no one is typing up any goldenrod on me anymore. Scientology justice is a joke.
I was never declared an 's.p.'. I demand my rights! I demand to be declared! This is racism, sexism, everythingrongism!!! DECLARE ME!
Being declared is the equivalent these days of being branded a Freedom Fighter.
Actually, on the darker side, the most devastating comments to me was when 2 bullying staffer clams (on different occasions) called me a "fucking 'db'". This was because I couldn't hold a part-time job while working both 'day' AND 'foundation' hours. Never enough $$ for decent rent and basic food and clothes. Of course both were 'reges' and 'directors' and so, both were skimming the commissions.
I'm trying to hold it together just writing this.
What a fucking nightmare.
You were trying your best to help and got shit for it.
That sucks Zorg!
Some people in the COS get to spiritual power by their assholyness.
I got goldenrod for failing to go up the bridge and nattering about prices to others in the mission. I think they made me do a *10 August* ethics sec chec too.
Funny how fast I got through lower conditions when I suddenly found enough money to pay for an intensive before 2 on Thursday.

That's three times. Do I get a prize?

I got declared back in 88' then worked hard to get through the A to E steps (idiot!). I got restored to good standing in 95' it took ages as they kept on losing the CSWs and so on. I was a good little foot soldier until end of 2008. Now i don't give a shit what they think of me I hope they write me up another 'Declare' and I vow and declare I will not ever do the A to E ever again.

Another point well taken. No matter how good you tried to be - part of the trap was that it was not good enough.
I'm glad you're here.
It seems to me that all supervisory clams had that bully element. The higher up, the bigger the bully, or potential bully with the threat of same being ever present. :confused2:
'Assholyness'... funny shit.
I know someone who blew from a PAC org around 1980 and was declared by local issue. I assumed for years that this person was declared, as it aligned with the Leaving Staff policy. In 1990 while I was at ITO (SO for years) I checked with IJC and they had no record of a declare. Because they had no record of it, i.e., it had not been approved on the proper lines, IJC said it wasn't valid. Therefore the person's current status was NOT declared.
Fortunately somebody finally noticed that the declare issue did not have IJC OK, and the declare was lifted. i don't think anything happened to the parties involved.
I was mailed my SP Declare immediately after I received the last check in a multi-org repayment cycle . . .
As for the declare itself... it was full of imagined and staledated "offenses". None of which would make good scuttlebutt around the neighborhood. Just stuff that other scientologists might care about. Like selling my emeter on the internet and stuff like that.
And, of course, asking for my money back.
