I got an email today from the Lawyers at Siteground regarding a complaint sent by Catherine Ethier. I'm required to immediately take down several threads & posts concerning both Catherine & Pierre.

I will temporarily delete the "offending" material until I have had a chance to look through it thoroughly and decide whether to challenge it or not.

If I don't remove it immediately and/or if I challenge this DCMA takedown, ESMB will be unavailable for 14 days while the rebuttal affidavit is looked at.

I wonder if the CoS is aware that Pierre violates copyright agreements every day by maintaining & distributing CoS OT materials, Tech Vols, HCOBs etc.
