Another example of the Survey Tech in action (not invented by LRH).
Qs 1,2,3 are examples of the Survey Tech that was released in Late 78-9.
When you answer those questions, they are tabulated to find the buttons that will be used for the Promo campaign.
Perhaps also, the Qs are from a single issue copied from the initial issue when the Survey was needed. Now perhaps the tabulation is not used anymore, but just there because the issue has them.
Q-1 asks for a feeling response, emotion.
Q-2 asks for an action response, doingness.
