What would a Staten be without status?

We were separated out from the Main body of Status so many years ago.

And we finally have the ESMB Bridge to Total Status to get back all the status that we crave.

If you get the one I bought then there are only 2 steps (and 1 warning) on installing the webcam:


Warning:

Do not plug the USB cam into your computer until you install the software provided on the CD that comes with the cam.


Installation:

1. put CD into your CD (or DVD) player and install the software.

2. plug in the camera on any available USB port.


That's it.



Then you go to the Skype website and install the Skype software.

It's a bad puppy who knows he's done something wrong but as soon as the incident is over, he'll go right back to doing it again.

Or you can download Skype (free) and make audio calls for free to other users. You'll need speakers and a microphone. Headsets are good, both for the hands-free use and because the speakers don't feed back the sound of the other person, which can be off-putting. You can buy a headset that will work for a few bucks.

I'm joking.

And I know how many posts you've written because in the upper right hand corner of every post it has your post count. And when you go into your member page, it has your "Number of posts per day" stat. So I multiplied that by 1000 - the number of posts that gets you to Silver Meritorious Patron Status on the ESMB Bridge to Total Status - and saw that, at your present rate of posting, you will reach 1000 posts in 64 days. That's the middle of March.

The running joke has to do with the Church and how we were all hounded for production all the time to get up the Bridge, keep our stats up, etc etc.

It's all in fun, Tory. No one is attacking you here.

We're all together, doing what we can to help.

Including laugh and have fun.

If you've followed my story at all, you know I spent years watching my own
auditor, Bill Yaude, run a volunteer group whose intention was to distract
ANY and ALL posts off of the actual post, onto ANYTHING else. Yes, he was on newsgroups, as well as ARS, and other chat groups--so it's not like I didn't watch it happen.

Those experiences hound me, to this day, so when it happens, consistently, I have to ask. (And to OSA: Screw all of you! As I've asked a ton of times:
"Is this honestly what you all got into Scientology to do?)

Hang in there with me--I'll get the drift soon, and as I said, soon I'll not have the time, anyways. I'm still learning this web site, so thanks for the info re numbers, too.
