I would love to get into this thread discussion but I do not understand half of what you guys are talking about! Language barrier...darn
Hey, I gossip too. So what? But we are not here just to be all serious all the time! We exchange ideas, express our owns, tease each others, have fun, gossip sometimes. What is wrong with that? It is part of communication.
Why communication has to be so serious anyway? It is soooooooooo boring when it is too serious too much of the time![]()
Gossip is a big no-no in scientology. It means the exchanging of opinions, and we can't have that, can we?![]()

EXERCISE
PURPOSE: To practice mindfulness with regard to feelings and sensations.
Find a place where you can sit comfortably for a while without being disturbed or distracted.
Make sure you have had enough to eat and rest. You do not want your body to be a distraction.
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and upright. If you are sitting in a chair, keep feet flat on the floor, and hands in the lap.
Establish mindfulness with regard to your body as in previous exercises.
Look at some condition that is uppermost in your mind. Look at what is right there in front of your mind’s eye. Do not go digging for information by trying to remember. Keep looking patiently until that condition becomes clear to you.
Look at the feelings or sensations connected with this condition. Select a feeling or sensation, for further examination. If it is connected with some medical condition, make sure you are following the proper medical procedures as well.
Observe if that feeling/sensation is worldly or spiritual.
Observe if that feeling/sensation is pleasant, unpleasant or neutral.
Observe if there is any incident sitting there. If so, look at that incident mindfully (per the essay MINDFULNESS IN LOOKING) until you can view its content for what it is.
If the feeling that you selected is gone then go back to step 6.
If the feeling is still persisting then see if it has a location in, or on, some part the body. The feeling may appear not to have any location, or it may appear to be throughout the body. Sometimes the feeling may appear to have a location in the space around the body.
Become thoroughly immersed in the feeling or sensation at its location and feel it unconditionally. The feeling/sensation may seem to move to different locations. Thoroughly feel it at whatever location you find it.
If any thoughts or considerations appear during this process notice them mindfully, and accept them for what they are.
If a picture appears during this process then look at it for what it is. Optionally, you may make a copy just like it and place it next to it. This will help you look at the picture as it is. You may even make more copies until you feel you have enough. Then simply dispose of all these copies in any manner. If some part of a picture is still remaining then repeat this step.
Continue with the above steps as long as that feeling is persisting. A session may go as long as an hour and half. It may even take several sessions. The feeling will finally reduce and go away as you practice mindfulness.
If the condition you started out with is still persisting then go back to step 6. Continue with this process until you feel relief from the condition, or there is no new feeling coming up.
You may go back to step 5 and continue.
Which is, of course, just one reason that we LUUUUUURVE to do it now! It helps remind us that we're out of scientology.![]()

Wait a minute! TYPO!!!
That was supposed to be KHTKHTKHTK.

Ah! You're back for your little ego-boost. Drop by, spew denigrating things, feel better about your "wonderful superiority", leave. The bees in the ESMB hive seem to be buzzing nicely!

ESMB has a group personality. An aspect of that personality may be observed on this thread.
This personality is sometimes funny, sometimes hateful, it tries to get even, it has an ego that doesn't like to be criticized.

I have only been on here for a short time, although I lurked for a good while, but I have found at esmb a diveristy of personalities and opinions which i have found refreshing compared to other forums I have been involved in.
Because a number of people disagree with what you say you think its the result of a "group personality" syndrome that you (as an obviously more sophisticated being) are immune to? Smells like persecution complex to me!
An alternative hypothesis is that they respond the way they do because (in each of their own personal opinions) what you say contains little sense or value?![]()
