Well, Veda. It is a Scientology trait to evaluate people and their intentions rather than the discuss the subject that is presented. I am finding that trait to be more and more prevalent on ESMB.

So, I thought why not I do more of that and see what happens.

Actually, most of the people on ESMB are pretty decent. It is just these few who are making ESMB stink. I encounter these same people every time I come here. They make a bee line like piranhas who have smelled blood. They seem to be in a competition of who can hurt the other person more. They try to use logic for that purpose. That's the wrong use of logic.

It is this irrational fanaticism that is fascinating to me.

This is one of the saddest threads I've seen on ESMB.

Vinnie, just take a little break, you clearly despise most of us and this can't be doing you any good at all, it is tantamount to a declaration of self harm and I doubt anyone really wants to watch that.

Take a little break now and do something nurturing.

Can somebody hurt another mentally? This is what the bozos on ESMB are trying to do, because this is what Scientology did to them.

I think the answer is YES. But there is a simple antidote to it. One gets hurt only when one is trying to protect a "self."

Besides, read only what enhances knowledge. Skip the trash that has nothing original in it.

ESMB has really become a very caustic environment. Anyway I don't have to respond to every inane post that people write on this thread. I may respond to one that shows some humanity or makes some sense.

Otherwise, let's see what all twist and turns fanaticism can take.

I don't feel one can be seriously hurt by another mentally on a message board unless one has invested a lot of themselves into it ... as you have with KHTK.

I take pleasure in LOOKING and noting down what I see. I continue to do so. If I want to look at some degraded and hostile environment then I have to be there to look at it and experience it first hand.

I don't think so. The vocal people here only care about there egos, and anything that is agreeable to their ego.

Anything that is disagreeable gets mercilessly stepped upon. I have been here long enough to observe that.

The motto on ESMB has become: "It is my way or highway." The factor of tolerance is totally missing here. That's what makes ESMB similar to Scientology.
