Scientology Was Force-Fed, Says Dental Emp
SACRAMENTO (CN) - A dental office manager says she was fired for refusing to attend any more Church of Scientology seminars and for refusing to become a Scientologist. She sued the Greater Sacramento Dental Group and Drs. Robert Dubanski and Gertrude Lee in Superior Court.

This is such a bogus complaint, the person is obviously an SP for not wanting Scientology, the one true religion.

Just because Scientology supports Religious Freedom, doesn't mean they have to support the Bill of Rights, or the principle of no religious discrimination in the workplace.

Freedom of religion is for the other religions that wogs belong to. You're either a part of the most ethical group on the planet or you are against them.

What they did was just a low level ethics gradient. If this person wins in court based on her constitutional rights, I would think it might be time to call in Rex Fowler, OT 7, from Denver, and have him reason with her.

I would like to see Scientology sued for all their workplace violations,

I'd like to add in any and all time spent slaving away at would normally be a 'working' job, that is to say, all time paid back at at least minimum wage. also, all SS (social security/ret payments made in arrears for everyone involved) payed. I know for a fact it has always been an easy out for the cult to shuffle off their broken and damaged onto the welfare systems, they become unwanted ditrius, often after the persons involved have given literally everything to the 'cause of clearing the planet'.
The over-all stucture of the scam is designed to dump those who are no longer exploitable, whether old age, sickness of physical or mental nature, and drained bank accounts, you have reached the end of your usefulness, (which is bringing in the bucks mon), and there-by~ expendable.
So make 'em pay it all back.
Every frikken cent with interest and damages.
CoS can afford to pay everyone, all the 'digruntled's', back, and still make out like a rabid fox in a house of kittens.
Not many better studies in greed, than watching the gyrations and spin of this gang of miscreants, following the 'star' created by their 'queerless leader', Tulpa Ron. (term 'Tulpa', adeptly brought to the table by member Mystic)

This is mah cristmassy opinion, and it ain't changin' any time soon (if ever).

These SP's that dare to use the honourable and ethical legal system to sue the church of scientology and bring about vexatious litigation should all be rounded up and "rpf'd"!!

These litigants are obvious "SP's"!! How dare they attack the religious views of an IRS sanctioned religion? :confused2:

These Apologist's Gone Wild must be dealt with!

After all, what did the church of scientology ever do to deserve such actions against them? :confused2:

OK, back to reality! It looks good on the clams to have a taste of their own medicine! The plaintiff was being ethical and responsible in fighting an unethical and irresponsible (and criminal) group. Good for her!

Funny thing... she, the plaintiff, is the ethical one, standing up for her crushed rights and the church of scientology is being the "SP(s)".

Employment
CLEARWATER, Fla. - A marketing director claims David Singer Enterprises fired him after a Scientologist told his bosses he was a "suppressive person," because he had been at a party with former Scientologists. He sued only Singer Enterprises, in Pinellas County Court. [..]

They forgot to mention that he was harassed and wrongfuly terminated but being called an SP is newsworthy enough, lol
