Yes, not just the money on account but the money for the service donations that I made.
Ok, here’s the story.
In the late 90's I heard about Scn and was told by my wife at the time that it was a cult. I couldn't understand how a person could get brainwashed and become part of something as crazy as a cult. I decided I would check out scn but as soon as it seemed like I was trapped in a cult I would recognize it as a cult and get the hell out.
Last year while on TR's & Object I blew. I had been on the course for 2 yrs. I could go on about the things I observed on course which seems like auditors where being trained in the art of introversion via always asking for overts, but that’s for another time.
Anyways, when I decided that I wasn't going to be their bitch anymore, I told the sup I was out of here and walked out the front door, she came after me dragging and pulling on me out into the street and requested help from a passing staff member. It was at that point I realized I was trapped in a cult.
Anyways, within the next 30 days I went in with a friend (non scn) and requested a refund. They tried to why find and get me to fill out the routing form. I said they could fill it out themselves and I wasn't signing shit until they had a check ready for me. I also mentioned I was pan determined and was going to fight for the other side, anon.
During this time they tried to handle me via my mother who I had introduced to scn and had been on staff for over 10 yrs as well as worked for a scn company. They threatened her with her eternity and all that other crap and eventually tried applying handle or disconnect and since she wasn't going to disconnect from me they fired her.
Eventually, the cult sent me a release & routing form to sign that was only for the amount on account, not including the refund. I took a black sharpie and in big letters across the page I wrote "FAIL!”. I used one of the form letter I found online to request payment within the next 30 days or I would take legal action. I also took copies of my yearly donation printouts from year end and totaled up all donations and demanded that total be paid. I sent all this back to them certified mail along with a release form signed for the total of all the donations I made over the last 2 years.
30 days later OSA contacted me saying they had a check for the amount on account if I wanted it right now (around 8k). I said their policy states that a refund is given if requested. I then questioned them on if they were going to follow policy or not.
Over the next 30 days I was contacted every now and then with updates that they were working on a solution or funds. Eventually I was offered the total finally shy of a few thousand. (20k range) I took it.
During this whole time I mostly communicated via text messaging to them. Those scn who texted me and didn't know about the cycle got a text back naming popular ex scn's and directed to xenutv.com. I made sure to enturbulate all that lent an ear or comm line of any kind. I even created comm lines to get the truth out there. Yep you can find scn’s on facebook.
I also threatened to take my story public and used scn policy to get my product just like they use it against members to get theirs. It can be manipulated to get any product, hints its usability that gets people suckered in but that doesn't make it a science as they claim, it makes it a good brainwashing tool to make a cult, and now I know how a cult works.

Yeh, congrats on getting your money back. I wish I could get all the thousands of dollars back that I blew on the auditing that was useless (I'd let them keep the money for the auditing I had that was good but all the BS auditing I'd want to get a refund on), but it's too late now.
