I have been blocked from seeing Jenna's tweets! I've never quoted her, mentioned her or anything relating to her..so yep! Someone is searching for tweets that mention Scientology and blocking potential trouble sources! Geez, that must be a hell of a block list!

Concurrently, HBO’s attorneys at Williams & Connolly will also portray the report as being “substantially true,” with news articles and witness testimony supporting the notion that child labor is sometimes used in the manufacture of Mitre-branded products in India even if the company itself isn’t directly responsible for putting the children to work. Mitre is said to have admitted in depositions that it has long been aware of child labor found in its supply chain. HBO will also argue that some comments during its report constituted subjective opinion.

If either side has an advantage in the fight, it’s probably Mitre after a judge ruled the company shouldn’t be considered a “public figure.” As such, the company won’t have to show "actual malice," a tougher standard in such cases; instead, they must show merely that HBO was grossly irresponsible when it came to things like tricky editing or fact-checking lapses.

When you say 'blocked', does that mean when you're logged into Twitter and you type Jenna Elfman into the Twitter search bar, her verified account doesn't appear as a search result?

Does it mean if you type Jenna Elfman Twitter into Google's search bar, again, the link to her Twitter account does not come up?

Sorry to be a pest, I'm just trying to figure this out.

Bernard Goldberg, the reporter on the story is a Fox contributor as well as the Gumball show. His falsehoods are voluminously documented elsewhere. This is not anywhere near the class of Going Clear. Goldberg is a true hack and blatant propagandist.

Great question! It appears that my iPad Twitter app still shows me her tweets.. But my iPhone doesnt! And to be honest, I've been tweeting from my real account..I have over 350 followers and just decided they should see how I really feel..so I'm nOT using the MissWog Twitter hardly at all.. If anyone wants my real handle on Twitter (and you haven't already figured it out, just PM me)

I will go get on my phone and post a screen shot of what it looks like from my iPhone twitter..brb

I'll take your word on that, but to me the point was, Elfman was taking an entire network, picking a possible case - granted, the ball maker knew they had child labor in the making of the product - and then point a finger at the entire network, and saying: SEE?!

Child labor laws are pretty strict.

There is, I believe a maximum amount of hours they can work per day.....and even a cut off time in the evening.

I don't see how the SO time schedule would work for young kids.....and be legal.

I believe, the Child Labor Laws even make a provision for not interrupting a child's education....!!

Ok, then. Jenna Elfman is, in fact, an asshole. There's a fuckin surprise, eh? I did get the original point. My point was that it didn't matter cuz Elfgirl was gonna be wrong anyway. No way a Goldberg story would compare. Leave it to Goldberg to fake stuff unnecessarily. But even if he did it Going Clear would still be valid. We are both right for different reasons.
