This is common place in nyc.. They don't do trash pick up when there a snow storm so people pile shit up.
Also.. Calli is a nanny state.. No snow.. Liberals getting into peoples lives.. Blah..
This is new york.. Throw your trash out the window some a-hole will get payed to clean it up..

Yeh, it was shocking to me when I saw it like that in Manhattan, too. Apparently years ago, they stopped using bins. Something about the streets being too narrow? It looks terrible and it's disgusting to walk around NYC on garbage pickup day.
trucks that use arms to pick up trash cans take up to much room.
easier just to have just bags and have a person who chucks them in.
dumpers are too big too and are saved for people doing building and for food places

What? doing stats while reading ESMB or Tony Ortega...uhmm well yes, I guess so....if it is OSA, or maybe the C/S culling files for OSA.
PS come on out...where ever you are...exteriorizing is a wonderful feeling and you even get a chance for your mind to see NEW things.. instead of empty IDle morgues.
