Did you see many people going in and out?
no, it was like 11:45 PM when i walked past
I was wondering if they had changed their Skid Row look.

Yeah, Um... yeah you must not be from new york every street looks like that on trashday
Did not know that New York would permit their city to look like that.
Compare with my city ~~ Los Angeles Trash day, nothing on the curb or pavement.
Scientology craves image and PR.
That it would even allow that kind of *image* for hours and hours is surprising.

Yeh, it was shocking to me when I saw it like that in Manhattan, too. Apparently years ago, they stopped using bins. Something about the streets being too narrow? It looks terrible and it's disgusting to walk around NYC on garbage pickup day.
I was wondering if they had changed their Skid Row look.
