I'm VERY embarassed to say that I actually liked the BE movie. I was in CofS at the time and I think that what was happening is that I wanted to like it.

We already had a foot out the door but still were hoping at the time to make things work out with CofS (an impossibility) and I think that we were just hoping it would be cool so we decided at the time that it was a cool movie.

In retrospect, though, naaah. Pretty bad!

This is an excellent idea!! At least there would be some understanding as to why we're all totally and utterly and completely psychotic..:dizzy: :timebomb: :D

:roflmao:
Thinking about it, if I ever was single this would be the only type of singles dating site I could possibly join! An "ordinary" man wouldn't have a bloody clue why I come out in a rash, bounce off the ceiling and foam at the mouth every time I see/hear certain things.

And yes, Tom, you really are a very nice looking man! Ladies we have group agreement! :)

if there's Independents or church critics that want to meet up, I'm in the Providence/Boston area starting Jun 8. I find it is always better to meet the actual people than to evaluate them online. People tend to be a lot more cerebral online, and in person may be governed by other "control centers".

:) This is often fun. A few drinks and the hair comes down. I've met a lot of ex-scios, and they are some of the most interesting people in the world, because they usually genuinely care about other people and the world in general, and are also people who DO what they think about, think about interesting things, and are usually energized and purposeful. All engaging qualities.

Well Kev, if your performances here in posts and in the chat room are with your "other control centers" in abeyance, I feel sorry for any good-looking woman who meets you in real life. :D

I'm a kitten, Dulloldfart, in person, I follow very closely a pattern similar to the TRs, which has me listening a lot more than I'm talking usually, except when I need clarification or need to go do something myself. In general, the fairer sex is quite safe from my predations, because I don't push as soon as I get a signal that it's unwanted. That and the fact that my heart is pretty well owned already... meow.

Our younger grasshopper has learned well...

Truly, listening is the key that opens the pink taco...

p.s. But remember what Les Dane once said in Big League Sales...

"The go button *is* the blow button."
