My therapist taught me to tap under the eye to release anxiety due to flashbacks..it does instant magic, especially when tapping all the points as shown in some youtube vids.
It did wonders as emergency tools for me.

I've seen some amazing things happen with tapping, including just doing it on myself as a beginner. But for someone looking to address serious issues I'd recommend finding the best practitioner possible, and one with a good track record at getting results with the same issue you're dealing with.

I don't know how effective tapping is for depression but I've heard of what seems like miraculous results when addressing phobias, PTSD, and some other issues.
