I don't see that as breach of the PC folder. Your phone number would have gone down to central files where any staff member has access to it and it would have gone on the computer as well, where a handful of staff will have access to it.

It would not be unsual for your number to go to another Scientology organisation or group, although I don't think that is very Kosher and they shouldn't give it out without asking TBH.

Did you ever watch the UK 'Pimp My Ride' with Tim Westwood? Wasn't quite the same as the US one. No pool tables in the back of the vehicles.

I was only at that org to get auditing on a PTS1 (from which i blew, but i was in auditing for handling at the time)
a few more points on for my part..
I had never publicly identified myself as related to the church in any way..
some one recognized me and all my Identifiers were supposed to be confidential. I had never before spoken to the party who had called me either.
my affiliation to the group was due to stuff only in my pc folder... ill explain more later. I signed confidentiality agreements about it prior. and there would have been no origination to me or my phone number in any way to put the two together but DUE to third party and natter..

like I have said, I would not go on course, and I as well as 2 others were there not there of the same reason as others..one kid was actualy from the ranch retreading his lowers..

**and being on "course" the lower or perifial group as it were should not have been contacting me anyway.. i was at that point supposed to be going up the food chain.. it would be the same as a mission trying tor eg someone at an upper org.. not good for stats, and out tech as it were

It has been shown so many times that confidential information from what is "supposed" to be confidential PC folders is told to staff, public, press, published in Freedom rag, etc spreading around in general.

That this is done had been proven well over 100 ( if not thousands of times ).

These days I doubt even OSA denies those facts ( Hell, they are the major violater of PC confidentiality of folder data ).

yup, and in my case a signed fuggin contract above and beyond... non disclosure is exactly that.. it is what i was able to refer to give them a location on data to NOT FUGGIN attempt that again.

and because the church dose not recognise addiction if thats what people assume which is normal, it was sold as a new life center for my purif because family knew i would blow, and frankly esented being forced on a cycle do to them beliving i was a down stat.. that same non disclosure is attached to my a-j where i say answered no I was NOT there of my own fee will... its also why the ic went ahead and wrote different and how she ended up in ethics and having to put down my true and real response

I was not ok being associated with that place, for the reason people would not understand why i was there.. it was an issue, staff knew what cycle I was doing, but try and handle the others there and not supposed to expose relation to the church.. it was plain silly.. I was able to do about whatever I wanted cause everything was so out tech staff did not like dealing with me.

yes Vitt this is true,
unfortunately that contract makes it a civil liability that I could have gone for malicious damages if I gave 2 chits to waste the effort..
thats is the data only part of the data I helped them locate to make sure they were acting in line with ethics.. that and also action cycles on their end yet unhanded..
also if I did anything other than what I did, Id be forced in to disconnect for being an SP myself.. you know.. the no win no win...

also this group publicly denies association to the church.. so yeah there is that as well. just how they like to bend the tech and ethics if its for their gain$..

I get calls despite having told them not to call my home. Well actually they will not call for a while but then eventualy they will call and say they are updating their files.

For some reason I will get calls when a Flag tour is heading into town despite my having told them not to call my house.

They call after 8 and my wife who is not in the best health goes to bed then and the phone calls wake her up. She gets pissed. How rude of them.

If you recognize that it is the Church maybe you can answer the phone and say "Xenu here filling in for Klaatu till the end of the month. To which volcano may I direct your call?"

i get that we all do or have.. you do not get calls from perifial lowwer orgs, that claim no affiliation with the church asking you to represent them to the public, based on your "celeberty".. especialy when your in auditing for PTS1 and signed a non disclosure stating no one, and I mean no one was to know you had been there..
not talking about a comm course here.. I had to tread my ethics and conditions at NARCONON ARROWHEAD, when I had no drug habbits or vises, was the only was only way my parents could try and ensure id confront tech..and not blow as im very strong willed.. this was due to my "down stat" i talk about in my other post... as in would have tested clean.. I was not the only one either at the time. it was fucked up plain and simple. also as i stated and others can veryify, once you leave one "org" adnd are reciving services in a higher one, you are off limits to the lower..

The idea that PC Folders are, in any way, protected from the predations of the cult belies KSW policy. For instance, every auditor is required to write a KR on anything in the least dodgy that comes up in every session. Also, LURK MOAR and read some of the personal stories here about how people's lives are systematically exploited through the deliberate use of PC Folder data. Never mind phone numbers, the cult has every PC's every transgression committed since before the womb written up and, often, taped in full.

The utter contempt Scientology shows for PC Folders starts at the top of the organisation and is reflected in the casual and candid actions of the low end grunts . . .

When Narconon L.A. moved to Newport there was no room to store all the P/C Folders so they were placed into storage. But due to non-payment the contents of the storage was auctioned off. Nobody know what happen to then. Now thats fucked up!!

When Narconon L.A. moved to Newport there was no room to store all the P/C Folders so they were placed into storage. But due to non-payment the contents of the storage was auctioned off. Nobody know what happen to then. Now thats fucked up!!

And typical.

If most people on lines had any clue how PC folders are treated or how many people have been in their folders they'd not ever go in an org again.

It is just not difficult at all to gain access to PC folders.
