How come there is no Scientology Message Board?

just curious?
Because that would take down Scientology faster than a critics site.

You can't have people comparing notes, talking about their KR's or their lack of gains in Scientology.

Imagine a KR section on a Scientology board, it would be chaos.

Because nattering isn't allowed in scn. People talking about their "wins" all the time would be so boring even scios would get tired of it.

I would love to see something like that. It would be so lame it would be entertaining. It would sound like the lame raving postings of a bunch of OSA operatives. Oh wait...

There used to be one in the 1990s called Theta Exchange or something like that. And yes, if someone said something slightly "off" they would be routed to the forum's ethics officer to be dealt with. I know because I experienced it!

I have heard of this "Theta exchange" but I don't think I ever saw it. What was it like?

Oh God, "theety-weety" :duh:. Who the hell came up with that term. Was it Hubbard?

It was in the early days of the internet so I think it was done by email. Everybody was nice to each other and said good things about scientology.

I left when I said something negative and was told to report myself to the person designated as ethics officer. I was already becoming disaffected by scientology so I just ignored them and left the forum.

Me too!

Uniformity of thought

Conformity of belief

It's not the only group of humans to have run their group that way.

Every Snow Suzy Property on the Internet runs exactly that way, as well.

There are no clears, no OTs

that's right Lotus. Plato and Aristotle always favored Logic or logos as the most important means of persuasion for rhetoric, to tell truths and get one's point across to another . But they did also recognize or discover that ethos (ethics) and pathos (emotions) can also persuade. But, the most important was logos or logic.
