As would be expected, this IFA 'press release' is less than adequate.

As of the last I heard, the police had decided Ken's death was suicide and no further investigation was happening. I don't know if the actual autopsy report was ever published, and, after the first week following his death, actual information has been missing.

I checked Google. Doesn't seem to be any new news articles about this. A bunch of stuff on Ex sites, but no actual news reports.

IFA Mike said "The Homicide Department of the LAPD has ruled the Kenneth Ogger murder to be homicide". I never heard this statement before just now. I don't know what it is based on except wishful thinking. I will assume it is false unless any other evidence is forthcoming.

I did see a copy of the autopsy report. The police said suicide. There was not a check on any drugs he might have been given as I recall.

I know some of his friends and they and his mother thought suicide also.
There had recently been a similar suicide scene on the series the " Sopranos"

I read through the whole autopsy report. There is nothing suspicious in it at all. There is a last will and testament and a letter saying what to do with his remains dated a day or two before his death.
