Hubbard's Naval Intelligence Documentation

This letter is also very strange. Normally one just goes into the Hospital and applies to the eligibility office. Their files of course are confidential. Almost as if he was trying to leave a paper trail.:coolwink:

Reading too much into it. The letter is 65 years old. Administrative procedures change. Before the omnipresence of computers, formal explanatory letters were frequently used to facilitate any activity, especially within the military. The military loved bureaucracy, at least it ran as if it did.

Where do you think hubbard got the idea for 'completed staff work'? His own native brilliance? :)

If you wanted something done, you did it in triplicate.

In my final days in OSA I was posted in the Intelligence Library, an amazing place because there were all kinds of books, from the Mafia, the Occult, you name the topic we had it.

Anyway because of the security paranoia that was always in this place anyone wanting to to get out any information needed to put everything in writting and make several copies. Now in those days we had a computer system so normal org's or Advance orgs made requests like that.

But We??? Nooooooooo Everything on paper and I think it was 4 copies similarly like the US Armed forces which I read about.

It became the bain of our lives making copies.....

This Library is not to be confuse with the Legal Library.

xguardian,

Just curious. Did you personally know, one on one interact with or have "face time" with El Ron, Mary Sue, Nikki Merwin, Fred Hare, Kathy O'Gorman, Duke Snyder, Brian Rubineck, Bruce Ohlman, Chuck Ohl, Jimmy Mulligan, Bob Thomas or Anne Burgess?

I have had several good laughs at this xguardian! goodness no wonder you were before my time, at least we knew what's what in OSA US/INT

If anyone who was there understood what was OSA Like not the public face will understand the mental health (No pun intended) of Hubbard.... His earlier mental breakdown/career failures define his life after Dianetics etc...

He moulded the organisation as his own as his make belief kingdom where he had been great and war hero and nuclear physicist etc....

For some people they don't want to believe the evidence and the creation of department's 20 and 21 and CMO.

The evidence as failed Navy Officer, Mental Breakdown(s) and failed marriages highlights the essence of he has created and the secret libraries of his and at OSA.

Honestly some of the comments are really bollocks

Money? He was still in the Reserve in 1947. If he could get the VA to give him a diagnosis he could get a medical discharge for the big bucks. He might have already tried with Navy but active military doc's are not easy to 'get over on' as every one takes a run at them all the time for everything. Want extra leave time? Don't want to go on dangerous patrol? go to sick call. Get a medical waiver...etc...etc...

Soderqvist1: L. Ron Hubbard did know that something was wrong with him after the WWII as can be seen in his HCO PL 12 February 1967!

Exhibit 25 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF LEADERS -
Section on "seven things about power, "HCO PL 12 February 1967 Bolivars Errors.
Not to compare with Bolivar but to show my understanding of this: I once had a similar one. "I would keep going as long as I could and when I was 'stopped I would then die." This was a solution mild enough to state and really hard to understand until you had an' inkling of what I meant by keeping going. Meteors keep going—very, very fast. And so did I. Then one day ages back, I finally was stopped after countless little stoppings by social contacts an family to prepare me, culminating in a navy more devoted to braid than dead enemies and literally I quit. For a while I couldn't get a clue of what was wrong with me. Life went completely unlivable until I found a new solution. So I know the frailty of these single solutions. Not to compare myself but just to show it happens to us all, not just Bolivars

I am not going to play games with those who won't face facts. It is incontrovertible that LRH was Naval Intelligence. Many Intelligence Officers actual duty will never see the light of day on paper. All the naysayers including Wikipedia have tried to play down his Naval Intelligence involvement. Wikipedia: March 1941 and was commissioned as a Lieutenant, Junior Grade on July 19, 1941,[13] entering permanent active duty in November.[14] He specifically volunteered for "Special Service (intelligence duties)", an assignation recorded on his commission papers. He spent only a brief time in this nominal role with the Office of Naval Intelligence. After four months working in public relations and at the US Hydrographic Office, he spent three weeks at the Third Naval District in New York training for the role of Intelligence Officer.

The fact is including his reserve time, LRH had 9 years in Military. The following documents his National Guard and U.S. Marine Reserve status that began in 1927. Any former military personnel can see by this document, that all of the training and commissions and assignments over 9 years at only an official pay grade of Lieutenant while given command of PC-815 and other important duty is very suspicious.. And other assignments that justify higher rank which seemed mysteriously absent.

http://www.spaink.net/cos/LRH-bio/servrcrd.htm

Names of Commanding Officers and their vessels are public, LRH's vessel is not. Wikipedia report: On June 28, Hubbard ordered his crew to fire four shells from the ship's 3-inch gun and a number of rifle and pistol shots in the direction of the Coronado Islands, off which the ship anchored for the night. He did not realize that the islands belonged to Mexico, an ally, nor that he had taken the USS PC-815 into Mexican territorial waters.[49] The islands were garrisoned by Mexican Navy personnel during the war.[50] The Mexican government complained and two days later, Hubbard found himself before a naval Board of Investigation in San Diego. He was found to have disregarded orders by carrying out an unsanctioned gunnery practice and violating Mexican waters. He was reprimanded and removed from command, effective July 7.[49] Rear Admiral Frank A. Braisted commented, in a fitness report written shortly after the Coronado incident, that he "consider[ed] this officer lacking in the essential qualities of judgment.

But the Naval document shows shows no disciplinary Board of Investigation as it should if happened. His following assignments were consistent with an Intelligence officer's postings especially his stint at the Monterrey Presidio where I also served in Army Intelligence Post. "Civil Affairs" is not PR. See link on dox for PC-815

Soderqvist1: this is from the court record pages 1872 - 1873!

THE WITNESS: This is a document from Admiral Braisted.
And it indicates that Mr. Hubbard's removal from the PC 815 reporting for temporary duty at -- I can't read that point, but in any case, it is right at the time following the incident in which the shots were fired off the Mexican Coast.

Sodervist1: and this is what Ron himself has said as part of the court record!

I was reprimanded in San Diego in mid-43 for firing on the Mexican coast and was removed from command of my ship. This on top of having sunk two Jap subs without credit, the way my crew lied for me at the Court of Inquiry, the insults of the High Command, all combined to put me in the hospital with ulcers. I returned to sea as navigator of a large ship and was subsequently selected for the Military Government School at Princeton whither I went in 1944-45 for three months.

I comm'd with Kathy O'Gorman a few times, she was SF AG my counterpart in SF was Jeff Quiros who we worked with the most mainly to keep our cross over media stats straight. If our media we created got picked up by SF or went national....all the stats were the originators. Sometimes we had to share. Other than Heber Jentzsch, Jeff Friedman, and Vaughn Young, as far as GO pgms that was it. We were new in Sac and when I came on board at the O st Org, there was only the AG and his wife and three of us in PR. PR handled all the front groups and the newly developed political liaison activity handling legislation and grooming allies. Brian Andrus was recruited later and went upstairs right away. Outside of Sac Org I had relationships with a few Celebrity Center terminals because I had a theatrical booking agency in Sac and Hollywood. :coolwink:

Saw it all the time, one day you are the "Golden boy" the next day someone wants you out of their way. Whether he embellished sinking subs or not I don't know. If someone did and the brass wanted it squashed...it was done. Just to many inconsistencies that show he "MAY" have been messed with by Brass.

If you were really in the know...and are, explain why you don't know that IRS took over? Debunk this:It took an intricate and convoluted series of covert steps perpetrated by non-Scientologist tax attorneys and IRS operatives Norton S. Karno, the Lenske brothers, and their accomplices to get the trademarks and copyrights out of HCO and back into the estate of "L. Ron Hubbard." Those plotting, methodical, and surreptitious steps are detailed as trademark and copyright transactions between 1970 and 1979 in our chronological Documents index, and won't all be repeated here. But it was all part of a scheme devised by Meade Emory, then Legislation Counsel to the Joint Committe on Taxation, and IRS, with the sole intention of having the intellectual property later transferred from the estate into "Author's Family Trust-B," and from there to CST, by order of IRS. And that is exactly what happened.

But a vital part of the plan was the the three-step removal of HASI, Inc. (the ultimate owner of the intellectual property, as the parent corporation), the Guardian Office, and Mary Sue Hubbard.

This is only one source and is cited in Jon Atacks book also and many other exes and Investigative/journalists subscribe to it. Research it out. You guys in OSA bought the disinformation hook line and sinker. I am not saying this invalidates the rest of your dissatisfaction with LRH and CoS. Just saying there is much more danger because of the IRS/Interpol connection.
