1. PTS for sure. How many types? He was chronically ill, stroke, heart attack, etc. Most would consider him type 3. Family members antagonistic to and attacked Scn - that's A and C at least.

2. Heavy drug user. Drug history and current use.

3. Trouble with former practices. All the Crowley stuff. Connection to suppressive group there?

4. Illegal pc. Psych drugs questionable. Former high security clearance / naval intelligence for sure.
