IMPORTANT: RINDER and other senior Scientology executive strata

German, French and Belgium government officials are aware of the many
reports that [former] high ranking Scientology executive Michael
Rinder has left his post in the Church of Scientology. They are also
aware that several other Church of Scientology senior executives may
have left the organization in the recent past, and that many others
are being held captive in the Rehabilitation Project Force. The lives
of some may even be in potential danger. Their sworn testimony would
destroy the Church, as presently operated and protected by the Office
of Special Affairs. Indeed, the late Robert Vaughn Young frequently
said to me, "The first one to go to the F.B.I. and provide sworn
testimony will get immunity from prosecution and the rest will get
federal prison!"

Furthermore, these European government officials are aware of the
dangers and pressures, in the United States, faced by Mike Rinder and
other former high level scientology executives. To date, the United
States political and law enforcement agencies have not lifted a finger
to protect anyone from Church of Scientology harassment and crime.
Indeed, the U.S. State Department is actively pressuring various
European and other governments on behalf of the Church of Scientology,
and the U.S. Departments of Justice and Treasury are actively
concealing and protecting the Church's psycho-terrorism and other
illegal and subversive activities. Consequently, I have been requested
to post the following information:

In order to be flown to Germany [France or Belgium] and to be provided
with State assistance and personal protection there, Mike Rinder and
any other recent top level former Scientology executives need only
present themselves to a German [French or Belgium] government embassy
or consulate and request political asylum be granted. In addition,
they should request that Ursula Caberta, the head of the State of
Hamburg Scientology Working Group, be immediately advised of the
request. She can be emailed at [email protected] or telephoned
(011-49-40) 428-86-6444. A current passport is not necessarily
required.

I am also able to assist with the foregoing and I am willing to
provide pro bono legal representation and communication to and on
behalf of any such persons, if only to insulate them from OSA recovery
efforts. He/she/they need only telephone or email me. I am currently
out of the country but will promptly return if required for such
purposes.

In that regard, some of the senior O.S.A. officers may recall me
telling Kendrick Moxon, Esq., that if he were ever to leave
Scientology then I would be willing to provide him with the same
aggressive representation and shield that I have provided to a
significant number of persons and entities such as Joseph A. Yanny,
Esq., Dr. Uwe Geertz, Steven Fishman, Robert Vaughn Young and Stacy
Young, and F.A.C.T. Net. Rick Moxon responded then he "would never
leave Scientology;" but circumstances can change!

Sincerely and with seasons greetings to all,
Graham E. Berry, Esq.

I think Graham Berry is a kook and is best ignored.

I've known Graham personally for better than 10 years and he's been instrumental in helping me out of no motivation but the kindness of his own heart. And, he's got plenty of that :) Great guy; very intelligent, very courageous and one of the most admirable people I've met in dealing with Scientology. I may sometimes disagree with his choices of tactics, but, seldom with his aims, and, he's always had the balls to take responsibility for his own actions with a minimum of whiny excuse making.

Graham is not only a friend, but, a friend I'm proud to have.

While I do not know Graham as well as Zinj does nor as long as Zinj has, I do know him and have very much enjoyed time spent with him discussing matters of organized scientology, etc. I consider Graham a very decent, intelligent man and I look forward to working with him. Here are some links to Graham in action from the past in case anyone wondered:

IMHO organized scientology played some major dirty tricks to try to "ruin him utterly" as per Hubbard's policy. Much like they have done to countless others including Gerry, Keith, Arnie, Lawrence, etc., etc., etc.

The thing is though you can't continue to "win" with dirty tricks, lies and the like. (How sad is it that what is considered a "win" near the top of organized scientology is a life destroyed or a person's freedoms curtailed through lies, fraud, abuse and/or the manupulation of "justice"?). I do believe that those that control organized scientology will rue the day they decided to lie and try to destroy him, as well as others.

In the meantime, I support what is being done with respect to matters as covered in this string. I wish all concerned much success with same.

So true!
I sincerely hope 2008 brings to light these things and some of the harm can be undone.

That would be good. I think, in general, over the years, there has been some progress, some things have become a bit better. But others not - there is still the RPF, there is still fair game harassment (Grady Ward, Keith Henson, etc).

To me the key aspect to have addressed is the fact that one cannot get services without making "donations" at a fixed rate, (or joining staff, but we all know how far one gets on that path), and the services delivered are on copyrighted and trademarked materials, but the corporation enjoys tax exempt status.

Somebody, some day some where, has GOTTA address that.

If Rinder ever turns state's evidence this will not only be all over the internet BUT it will be on national TV news programs also.

This would be a BIG one - probably the biggest ever. I wonder what DM is feeling about this right now.

FREE MIKE RINDER!

Take a vacation Mike! Walk on the beach! Walk in the hills! Read a book,
sleep 'til noon. Go grocery shopping. Go see a film. Relax in the tub. Get an agent for your new book, you worked hard for your story. Don't give it all up for free to a curious audience without a big fat royalty contract.

Go sailing. Plant a garden. Have fun. I'm glad you're done.

That's one great big huge IF. :melodramatic:

So far, there isn't the slightest actual evidence that Mike Rinder has seen this "generous offer", or that Mike Rinder is out-of-Scientology or even that he has left the Sea Org.

Warrior Mike

Reaaaaaallllly?

I thought he blew the Sea Org! That's what the Reverend and I got into an argument about. He wanted Mike Rinder prosecuted and I questioned that against his role as recovery minister.

This recovery program doesn't sound to good to me: IMPRISONMENT!

Well who said he blew?

You mean, nobody knows if has blown?

Geeeeeeeze!

I really love the Sherlock Holmes in you.

You are SOOO right!

You could really write a some great screenplays.

I have met more interesting people on these forums with the most interesting talents and lives.

If we invaded Hollywood there would be a renaissance.

LIVES WE WISHED TO LIVE AND DID!

It's all good.

Damn I missed that. You got into an argument with the "reverend" over that? Wow. (Ok, jodie, let it go already!)

Re Rinder: there has been some strong word of mouth that he has blown, but he is still listed:

http://www.scientology.org/scnnews/rinder.htm

He has not been unpersoned yet. Either he has blown and disappeared, gone to ground, or he's been captured and put in the SP room.

Either way, until he is unpersoned from the official web sites, I do not take it for sure that he has blown.

I doubt he would contact any critics (I sure wouldn't if I was him, having watched how critics turn on each other and tear each other to pieces, over the years).

He would be incredibly valuable as a state witness. But he knows the years of history, and he is no fool. I think he will simply disappear, if he has blown. No incentive whatsoever to assist, especially with the people like his loveliness, the Reverend, baying for his blood (jodie, let it go already!!!) :duh:

I know of instances where the church has declared a member in order to plant them somewhere to get information back to the church. The declare was/is just a facade. Some of them were very deep, long years of being declared and getting info and sending it in. I know this for a fact.
