Looks like a voluntary de-reg. They've probably accepted the fact that there isn't enough business here in Oz to warrant a corporate setup.

They should use the correct LRH references to boom the area instead of just walking away.

Tut tut.

Someone should KR them.

They might be going to claim the carbon offsets for all the hot air saved by closing down

The following is my best guess regarding what is going on.

When Milestone Two first came into existence it was created as a paid membership organization. I suspect that required, or at least suggested, the current LTD structure.

I haven't seen any mention of paid memberships on the main Milestone Two site or the Milestone Two blog for months, if not a year or more. It appears Milestone Two now exists only as a website, a mailing list, and a very loose, "non-paid membership" community. Thus, I suspect they found the LTD structure both unnecessary and unduly cumbersome and expensive.

I had, and still may have, the largest FZ forum there is/was. A CF between 2500-3000.
I had around 20-25 new contacts per month for around 12 years, including those looking for
IFA the forerunner of APIS.Still getting some. Was/is a no frills laissez- faire free forum,
whereby you want to join you're accepted. With only 1 exception in 15 years. No
membership fees or any red tape or much in the way of rules.

Guess I as-ised all the green and white on OEC/FEBC. :coolwink:

Once people are away from the Church they quickly loose interest in Scientology and start to gain an interest in living again. Most people have had all the gains they want and need already and soon realise this.

I think you're right. Not sure about Australia, but in the UK, a limited company has to file accounts to the regulatory authority. For a business which is turning over a profit or even a business with a decent turnover, the administrative burden of being private limited company is still beneficial. However if there is little to zero financial transactions, it makes sense for them to close down the company and look at other options.

these squirrels are the politically incorrect hamburglers of scientology

their next adventure is to open an independant mcdonalds fast food franchise and worship the same clown, use the same logo and serve more authentic mckids meals and big macs with the REAL proprietary secret special sauce, and very strict quality control
