Yes, I also find it never quite goes away. (Pink Floyd, Comfortably Numb does it for me).

Can you explain the Drug Rundown to me in English? I've read about it....but the Scientologese makes it difficult for me to fully comprehend.

Also, everything I've read about the Purif seems great if you're not actually in drug withdrawl and are physically able to handle it. (I think had I been exposed to that when I was kicking heroin it would've killed me.) But I've never actually done it. I would welcome any insight,.

The Scientology Drug Rundown has you look at all the times that you have taken a drug and achieved a "release" from it.

A "release" can be translated to "intense euphoria" or "Ecstatic highs".

You view all these times and earlier/similar times to those.

It worked for me. And to this day, I can see friends of mine who are alcoholics, etc who are still chasing those "releases".

The Scientology Drug Rundown put me in a position where I was no longer fooled by those releases. They became plainly illusory and chimerical to me.

It put me in a position where I did not have to chase them any more.

It really helped me get off, and stay off, of drugs.

Now, being addicted to the releases that came from religion was another story...

Alanzo did a great job explaining the Drug Rundown.

Regarding the Purif, I think you're right. I don't know if I could have handled being in a "box" sweating during withdrawals. However, I did have other problems from the Purif - it messed up my liver pretty good. I had to spend 3 - 6 months fixing it with natural medicine after the Purif. Which I believe was caused by the Niacin or just too much running thru my liver during the purif.

I wonder what the real effects for all those vitamins would be on someone who was going through withdrawls. I know, for me, I had to choke down tons of bananas because my body desperately needed the potassium, and it helped with those bastard leg cramps. I don't think my body could've taken something that further damaged me.

CoS = depraved indifference to those it "serves". I get angry thinking about it, and I've never done it.

I AM SO SICK OF THEM.

You didn't run "Religion" as a drug on your DRD? ANYTHING that acts like a drug should be run..including sex, money, religion, music, etc.

There are numerous body cleansing programs out there that do NOT include massive vitamins and sauna. If you google "the lemonade diet" you will find one, for example. I did that one a few years back (and I had done a full purif years ago) and had some psycho-somatic traumas "run out" from the body.....

This was the Scientology Drug Rundown, delivered on the Bridge after the Purification Rundown.

Not the New Era Dianetics Drug Rundown, or OT 4.

Fuck religion, how about releases from sex? Ahhh, sex. ;) I'm afraid that's one thing I refuse not to chase release through.

I think some of us sound a little confused about your avatar, Poofy. That critter is a opossum.

Just here to help.
