Is Jeffery Tambor still a Scio?

I was chatting with an under the radar friend and I mentioned that Jeffery has a new show - transparent hood - and the clip I saw on Fallon showed some fine acting on his part. My friend said he was on lines at CC back in the 80's. I wasn't aware he is or was a scio. Is he still active? How do you like his tr's in the clip below?

I read an interview sometime in the past year (sorry, can't remember where) where he said that while he was once involved that he no longer has anything to do with Scientology.

This of course made me very happy.

Jeffery remains a very talented & funny actor. He currently plays a transsexual parent in the show, 'Transparent'.
