Not really useful for most people here, but you can download a pretty PDF copy of TWTH in any of about 60 languages anyway, easily enough. Although adding bookmarks seems to be too high-tech for them. Anyway, if you want a copy in Xhosa, say, go for it.

I didn't provide a link, but it is easy enough to find via Google.
