If the "Squirrel Busters" was an OSA/CSI op, it's should have had an eval and program approved by AVC (RTC).
This was a major, long term action that cost tens of thousands of dollars (at least) and garnered international media attention.
It produced some of the most infamous PR - thousands of Internet posts, the blogs, the videos have made Miscavige and Scientology a laughing stock.
There should be mission orders, compliance reports, daily reports, CSW's, invoices, receipts, debriefs, videos, photos, KR's, chits, commendations, DA packs, briefings, newspaper clippings and media reports, checksheets (you clay demo the op before you do it), non-disclosure bonds, etc. to name a few.
Contact with critics or SP's is strictly forbidden and requires IJC approval and that in itself should have its own paper trail.
Despatch traffic would include,
- comms to COB/Laurisse (of course),
- IG Ethics (RTC),
- IG Tech (RTC),
- AVC (RTC),
- IJC,
- WDC,
- ED Int (whoever is holding the hat - cough, cough),
- all the various PR spokespeople that interacted with the local media,
- misc OSA Int terminals (every Squirrel Buster got some sort of sec check and hatting before the op),
- Finance/Treasury terminals that disbursed the $,
- Security personnel at various locations,
- the attorneys that were consulted,
- the local DSA's and Ethics Officers,
- etc.
If Scn just produces a few shreds of vague paper, it will be blatantly obvious that they're lying. Too many policies and Flag Orders specifically lay out the paperwork expected and required.
But, with DM being willing to throw CSI and everyone else under the bus just to save his hide, stuff is probably being pulped even as we speak.
