What are the hazards of doing too much objective processing?Make sure that you do your 120 hours or more of Objectives, even though you have done them before! Petal,I am back on the route one from creation of ability and on running R1-4 "be back of your head" i got some good results but i got the idea of does a thetan know where their head is? So I ran this command I made up: "Do you know where your head is?" and I went exterior immeadiately!
How about that!
Then r1 -5 was copy anything thats come up: all these incidents appeared (ones I was really angry with) which I then copied and the anger went away

I read this post a while back and tried a your "Do you know where your head is?" variation, then "Where is my head" and quickly exteriorized or my awareness expanded. Whichever is accurate? I guess it doesn't matter. So much for sole source standard tech!
