Wasn't it part of the IRS agreement with Scientology that they HAD to return requests for money?

If this is true, somebody should file a motion in some court to re-evaluate the IRS decision based on THIS evidence.

I suspect that once they lose their IRS tax-exempt status that the Church of Scientology will fold up like an accordion.

Yes, and it's always been a dream of mine that a class action would be filed, and all those who were shown to have made donations would get the funds from the sale of all the Orgs and all donation-provided properties.

I liked that part too - and to me, it really illustrated well how those in are taught to perform. You can have money flowing to scientology, but you are not as deserving as scientology. You having money does not make a winning situation. And why do they joyfully look the other way as you go "out exchange", as you give all of your money? Because it keeps the stats up of the person you're giving your money to, and the rationale is 'because it's the only hope for the planet and this sector of the galaxy'.

That is some Wowzer! Being associated with or otherwise linked to Scientology was held by the Court to be defamatory!

I LUVVIT!

Though, in the circumstances I can understand the Court's findings and ruling, based on the facts, to order Google to cease dubbing in the negative link when the searcher is looking for a legitimate and positive answer on subject not related to a search on $cn.

But it is a HOOT to see $cn getting seen to be so negatively and as a fraud by folks over there.
