I finished Leah's book last week. It's fantastic.

She and I shared a love of what the "tech" was supposed to be. DM and especially DM's Tom Cruise relationship is off policy. Plain and simple and Leah knew it and wouldn't agree otherwise.

I say this from experience: One can get to a place in Scientology where you are completely convinced it is 100% correct and you are completely willing to take on any argument to the contrary. The notion of hiding your concerns is unthinkable. Leah was ironically being a good KSW Scientologist when she was willing to question DM. Leah was being a good Scientologist when she kept asking (and keeps asking) where is Shelly.

Glad she got out and I'm very glad she wrote that book.

Now, two years later, Remini sums it up: “Despite its claims to the contrary, the practice doesn’t help you better the world or even yourself; it only helps you be a better Scientologist.”
